Breathing and meditation exercise
Breathe in when you hear "so", breathe out when you hear "hum".
The speed of the breathing changes - keep doing it all the way till to get the full effect. - Jak na to + styl
Man, this one is REAL slow...!! I bet there are others who can't breathe along with this. That said, I love it...!!! My breathing has improved immensely in the 40 days since I took the weekend training in AOL. I think this is life changing stuff

The upanishads which are a part of Vedas declare that there is only One and to realize this Oneness of all life is the ultimate purpose of life.
Every moment we breath, nature reminds us of this truth as each incoming breath resonates to So meaning He and outgoing breath to Ham meaning I (The Sanskrit words are split as Sah and Aham and its conjuction is Soham)
Every time we breath , we can tune ourselves to this ultimate reality of Oneness by remembering Soham.

@@shraddhasatpati I didn't understand that much hatred coming from someone who follows "art of living". What has he taken from us? I know that much that Art of living isn't free either. Everytime I ask question about technique, they suggest me to repeat the course which is, like I said before, isn't free or cheap. I wonder what do they do with the money collecting it from their followers???

@@shraddhasatpati well, for your information I didn't see any health check booth front of the any art of living seminar or classes either. So what health risk are you talking about? And now they are offering online classes and weekly meet up. Then that's fraud as well because it's not under the supervision of anyone.
@@shraddhasatpati another thing, every time I go to weekly meet up, all they want me to either take repeat the course or bring in more people to sign up. I have taken heatfulness meditation class........FOR FREE. But art of living is only people with money. What's up with that?

I agree with you not seeing any health check booths, etc. Also, why would anybody be encouraged to practice it at home (I have been), but if you have somebody to help you (e.g. with this video), so you don't lose count it is out of a sudden dangerous... Ie. it is beneficial if you pay somebody to count for you, it is beneficial to do it alone yet it is threatening if somebody is counting for free... This I can't get my head around...
Unfortunately the video keeps attracting hatred from users, claiming that it is fraud, misleading, etc. I even had to delete some rather nasty and threatening comments... I specifically stated in the description and in the video that it is my recording, nobody else - yet people keep complaining that it is "not real", etc.
My intention is simply to help people in their endeavours, finding inner peace. If somebody does not agree with that he/she is of course free to dislike the video - and nobody has ever been forced to watch the video (to the best of my knowledge). AOL has even seen it and has not taken it any further, stating that it is NOT a breach. Yet people unfortunately keep posting negative comments instead of simply leaving it alone for those who like it to enjoy...

I took AOL basic meditation course of sudarshan kriya there i learn three stage pranayama padma sadhana and sudarshan kriya in own style and weekly 2 times in gurudevs voice but when i ask the mentor to share sudarshan kriya count in gurudevs voice they said for that i need to become trainer i want to say art of living foundation is just doing business in the name gurudev just to earn more and more money this soham meditation audio in this is awesome and helped me a lot it is an alternative of sudarshan kriya count

No need to speak. Your mouth should stay closed, only breathe through the nose. Breathe in when you hear "so" and out when you hear "ham" - nos speaking required, just breathing.

Please ask your local Art of Living teachers ... most countries now have an app that includes a correctly lead home practice (including Pranayams etc). While you can always make up your own mind... but check in with your certified instructors for guidance to the official guided sessions. 😘

Question about this. Whenever I am done with sudarshan kriya, I get extremely tired. I do lay down for 15 min after that. That's why I don't prefer to do it in the morning because I don't have time for kriya and rest, both. Does it happen to anyone? Btw, I have attended several sessions and no one pin pointed at me that I could be doing it wrong.
This happens to most of the people. Perhaps, you'll get exhausted after intense breathing and that to being in a still position. This is quite normal, occurs to everyone.
Keep working on it. You'll stop feeling tired once you master over it and an abundant amount of energy will flow out of you.

@@nirbharassociates5891by the way this is Not Long Kriya. Another thing about the teachers, whenever I ask any questions during the meet up, there answer is take a repeat class. Of course which is NOT FREE. I like the idea of breathing technique and love Sri Sri ji but his followers are really aggressive and rude. I thought all these breathing and going to calm down the person But some follower are still full of hatred.

I wonder how the OP came to know of this practice. If he's learnt it through AOL, then it's quite shocking to see the attitude of disregard to the original creator. However, I suppose the lack of an official guided recording appreciates the usefulness of this track. For the sake of many who find this helpful, the OP has done right by putting up this audio, so thanks to him for that.
