- Gujarat International Finance Tec-City (GIFT City) is a central business district under construction in the Gandhinagar district in Gujarat, India. It is India's first operational greenfield smart city and international financial services centre, which the Government of Gujarat promoted as a greenfield project. In 2020 GIFT IFSC bagged 10th place in Finance Industry and top rank in emerging financial centres in the Global Financial Centres Index.As of June 2023, it is home to 23 multi-national banks, including HSBC, JP Morgan, and Barclays. Furthermore, it includes 35 fintech entities, two international stock exchanges with average daily trading volumes of $30.6 billion, as well as India's first international bullion exchange with 75 onboarded jewellers.

that will take almost more than 200 years since GIFT City itself is supposed to be completed by 2035 iirc. And no CM in any state is developing anything like GIFT City. And the project started from 2015 or 16 iirc. And even if we deduct 2 years due to covid, then also it will take 9 years for GIFT City like city in every state. And we know that green field city when is made in a state, only that one state is focused but the rest is not. And we have 27 states. So if we do 27*9, that will be around 243 years. So we won't be alive by then. Not our kids will be alive by then as well
