I have to agree. By copyright claiming the video, it just shows Warner Bros. is incapable of handling criticism and is throwing a hissy fit just because a beta tester leaked audio and gameplay onto the internet. I mean, really, if anyone is at fault, it's WB Games for not making sure to remind the beta tester he signed an NDA. Also, seeing how Wolverine and GTA VI was hacked and leaked, it makes me wonder if the game studios are not doing a good job keeping their servers secure 24/7 or these hackers are getting good.
I'm very frustrated watching this happen. Something I will say is that WB did a similar thing to my channel about a year ago, but in their defense and in hindsight, I did post an image of the guide of Gotham knights which technically was not available for sale yet, even though they had shipped it out to distributors etc and the game was complete. My justification at the time was that the product was done, and I was trying to draw a little bit of attention to something they were sort of lying about in their marketing in order to, in my opinion, increase sales based off of a false narrative. That said, I can understand why I got my strike, even though I still don't agree with it. And I still don't believe it violated copyright law. I can understand why they went after my video, even though again, I don't think it violated the digital millennium copyright act. In your case, I haven't seen you post anything at all that is actually even grounds for a strike. I've seen no images, screenshots, audio or anything else. I wasn't even able to see your original video before it was taken down because I've been sick all week, but what are their grounds for this? Did you discuss the exact things that happen in the leaks? Even if you did, I still don't really think that violates copyright law to audibly discuss a plot of something, whether it's out or not. I would argue that by definition of copyright law and the nature of commentary and transformation that you have to do to make CZcams videos in a lot of cases, that's very above board. I don't mean to make an apples to oranges comparison, but I'm not really sure how you can have people with their face in the corner of a screen reacting to something and not doing much else, and that counts as fair use, but this kind of discussion doesn't. The math isn't really adding up to me. I'm actually kind of concerned just even talking on your behalf that they will go after my channel as well and that's just such a bad position that we have to feel like we have to be in.

Back in January a wrestler name Jay Briscoe died in a car crash on a Tuesday, and the wrestling company that was owned by Warner Brothers Discovery, known as All Elite Wrestling (AEW for short) wanted to do a tribute show for Jay... and WB wouldn't allow it because of some homophobic comments he made 10 years ago that he *APOLOGIZED* for making them. This level of pettiness led to WBD getting severe backlash online from the pro wrestling communtiy, so they decided to give in, and the tribute show to Jay was done the following week. But anyone with a brain knows that the tribute show should've been done the day *after* he died.
As a gay person, that's so stupid. He should've gotten a tribute ASAP, and if he apologized, I don't see the issue... I don't watch wrestling, but this is just disheartening. It should not have been a week after and WB was just using the "homophobic comments" as a scapegoat to not "waste" money because they're filled with greed. May his soul rest in peace.

By that logic, they should be banning every single news article about the game, not just videos mentioning the leaks. They aren't blocking coverage of the game on principle, they're blocking it because they're afraid people won't buy this game if they actually know what they're paying for and they know that most people can't afford to take them to court for breaking the law by issuing false copyright claims. As a wise man once said, "'I'm mad butthurt' isn't a valid reason for prosecution," so the developer has no right to take down videos criticizing their game's story or discussing the fact that some people don't like the story based on leaks.

I left a 1 star review on Xbox due to not being able to connect. They deleted the rating and now I cannot rate the game nor can I play online since then. I believe I might be banned from online play for leaving a 1 star review.

Technically copyright. It's WB material that's being leaked ahead of time. The reason these videos/channels discussing it are being taken down is because they indirectly help spread the leaks, even if it's not what the video is intended to be about. WB is taking down these videos/flagging these channels because they've been discussing leaked information that is technically copyrighted material. Discussing in a small group online or in a place where it wont exactly spread it is different. This is a youtube channel reaching thousands of people most likely.
