It was Lingering symptoms that caused me to check A few things. And I have decided that it's time to put the cigarettes away. I have only just made this decision. I'm hoping this video helps. For emphasis, when you meditate consistently it reprogrames your subconscious completely, look it up. Also look up "does the subconsious determine what we feel and think". It will say yes. It handles all automatic behaviors like addiction. When you meditate on stopping addiction, it will destroy your addiction, and meditate on any negative part of you to destroy any negative mentality. Give it time, and patience. You can do it.

Ill admit I was skeptical. Listened for 2 nights. 1st day nothing. 2nd day i get sick when I light one up. I still have the urge but if i get sick feeling im done! Ive only had 3 half cigs. Im gonna keep listening. Thanks for making this! I can do it!

I quit two days ago so it is been more than 48 hours since my last cigarette and have been listening the last two nights when I go to bed. That's insane man... Yesterday I watched The Mentalist and thought about, 'hey, what about trying a hipnosis?' after I tryed so many times to quit. This was the first video that came up, so I just gave it a try. I am amazed, bc today I woke up, and didn't want to smoke with coffee, and when I thought about cigatettes, I felt 'nah, it is disgusting'. So what did you do with me?! I have smoked for 54 years (Australian female) and have made many MANY attempts to give up. After coughing myself awake at night for a long while now, I went to the doctors a week ago who prescribed me antibiotics. While filling the script, I bought a pack of 3 Nicorette Peppermint Spray mists. Yesterday I found this video. Played it overnight! Am so happy. Have not had a cigarette for 6 days, have not wanted a cigarette and have stopped coughing during the day and night. This video reinforces how I want to feel. I will be playing it every night. I’m thrilled to be able to say I’m a non-smoker and am committed to staying off the ‘fags’. My savings will fund a fabulous overseas holiday in Sept 2023. Thank you Joseph for this! ❤❤❤

I was a 20 a day smoker and was going to put a patch on this morning but honestly had no cravings, just felt a little lost at certain points in the day when I wd have normally smoked. Smoking takes a average of 12 to 17 years off your life . I want to live . So this stuff is amazing . Seems to work . Had to force myself to smoke really .so Herr i go again

Coming into this very skeptical, I havent found a single negative comment which is strange. Although, I will give it a try tonight.

It is actually helping me. Not much else has. Pack a day for forty years. Now I'm down to 3 or 4 a day. Also, I can listen to it at work with my ear buds and still stay awake. Patches and all that do nothing for me, it's the psych part I can never get through and this addresses that. I've been keeping one cigarette and just pretending I'm smoking it without lighting it. Helps with the oral fixation. Thank you.

My main thing is the association with smoking.
Certain activities I smoke. Like mowing or while loading and unloading work truck
@jbuck1975 yeh those are the worst we associate activities with smoking 🚬 Alan cars book helps a bit too. Works for some.
you got this....... if your havng troubles with cravings, get a bag of your favorite candy or some gum.... you can much out on it for a week or so, while getting over the wprst of it.

Exact same thing happened to me
I have in my playlist several different sleep hypnosis videos I like using for various purposes. This one is the best stop-smoking one I've ever heard. Bravo. My consumption is down a good 80% and I'm on the patch many days now.

I paid $400 to be hypnotized. It worked for a few days. He said I'd feel great, and day 1, I had no cravings, but 2 and 3 were terrible, I mean awful!! He promised follow-ups and guaranteed his service regardless of the times required. I did mention a trauma event I had, and the 3rd part of the 4 part hour long session - he used a visualization that used my trauma event. I'm convinced that connection is why, ultimately, I failed to quit. I'm very frustrated by my lack of willpower and my wasted money. When I requested a follow-up up, he was nowhere to be found, of course. In any case, I'm going to try this tonight and give it another go. I am hopeful it will work.

Never give up on giving up xx try this and some of the other hypnosis out there. Also see if you csn find a non sleep one to listen to during the day. Keep going. Every three weeks you don't smoke is a healing time for your body x

I'm 64 and been smoking since I'm 12 about 4 years ago I've been running out of breath and still trying everything I can to quit I'm pretty sure it will be the cause of my death, but I also worked with cement dust and I know that didn't help my situation any , I've been using the patch and gum and I did start vaping but I don't inhale that, also try mullien tea, drops and capsules it helps with cleaning mucus out of the lungs I've tried everything, I still smoke but I went from 3 packs a day to about 3 quarters of a pack and I do feel a lot better

I listened to this 24 days ago one night. The next day I wacked on a nicotine patch and so far I haven't smoked since. Idk if it's a coincidence or not but it's the longest I haven't smoked for in 18 years. It's worth a shot

Every time I've tried a hypnosis video, I soon find myself more awake than when I layed down to start. Soft countdowns...I just re-wake up at every number. Get sleepy, then boom someone is talking next to me. It's almost annoying. "More, more, deeper, deeper." My conscious can't help but laugh as if I was re-watching my high school classmates being "hypnotized." I'll try again tomorrow.
Meditation reprograms your subconscious mind with time. Your subconscious is responsible for the way you think, and feel. If you consistantly do this, it will change you.
You can also play this in your sleep and it will do its work. The hypnosis isn't necessary. Do it throughout the day to tho, we always wanna look for the best results.
This is LIFE SAVING!! This’s the 1st time I’ve attempted to quit smoking and didn’t have a craving for a cigarette AT ALL!! Now of course there’s a downside to this and it’s the withdrawals your body will experience, but once you shake that my friends cigarettes will be a thing of the past!!

More of a rough patch than a downside, they don't last forever.
Listened to this last night lined up in a playlist just after a narrated creepy pasta (that helps me relax and fall asleep), so I've been completely unaware of when it began. I'm not quite an ex-smoker today but the impulse to light one up is so tenuous, I don't even notice going on 2-3 hours without a smoke. Then when I do light up, it feels a bit weird and is only driven by force of habit and availability. This is on my day off, when I usually smoke more heavily. Putting it back on tonight for sure, I'm glad my mind has been more suggestible than usual this week, it certainly absorbed a whole lot more. Thank you!

@Laurie Burke well that's good. The first few days are the hardest. After about a week, you start to forget about it. There's usually things we do that 'go together' with smoking. Like for me it was always after dinner it just sounds SO good to light up a cigarette after a meal. Then I would stay up late watching Netflix or documentaries or whatever and it would always be "okay, one more then I'm going to bed." I'd end up smoking 10 to 12 cigarettes. So now, after dinner I have a hersheys dark chocolate 🍫 bar, (my other vice) like half of one and I'll sit there and suck on the dark chocolate squares and then go to bed earlier and I look forward to turning on these quit smoking hypnosis videos, cause they're relaxing and help me fall asleep. So anyway, the main thing is time. After a week or two it gets easier. Good luck and be blessed!

Ive listen to it 3 nights in a row first day i cut right back only had like 4 smokes all day second day had a puff here and there put it out today i ran out of smokes went and got a pack 😢 only had a few drags and put it out but dont feel like one its just habit i guess ill listen again tonight see how i go tomorrow

Wow okay the first 16 minutes i felt like i was actually experiencing an exorcism.i was smoking while listen and half way through the cig i didnt want to inhale the puffs anymore and threw it away.wish me luck i will give feedback

I pray this works ! Picked up the nasty habit during the pandemic when times were hard and I was falling apart I used it to calm myself and thought I could stop at any time but now I realize it’s addictive. Went from 1 here or there to two cigs a day now 5 scared to keep going and wind up at a pack a day🤢🤮
I wish I could limit myself to 5 cigarettes a day!! Why do you even smoke? Most of us smoke 1-2 packs a day for 20+ years. You are in a panic for nothing... Just quit.
Drop the habit now, I'm at 22 years, 2 packs a day. Please stop asap. It's a nasty, expensive addiction. And now I can't even climb 5 steps without being out of breath. Yes, you will get addicted and yes, you will be at a pack of more if you don't stop now.

When I first wake up, if I actually sleep, smoking is gross. I will smoke out of habit but can't do it and put it right out. But unfortunately that wears off after a couple hours. But it's helping. And that's still less cigarettes, I just need something during the day as well since this makes me sleepy/groggy .
On my hypnosis app (www.freehypnosis.app) I have a day version too that wakes you up with energy and commitment to keep things going.
@@JosephClough I did download it. I'm just still confused because I have to literally download the video to the phone so I avoid advertising? And then there's several that I have to purchase or pay for a subscription? Unless I did it wrong. I've listened to this one often enough my brain almost has it memorized. I don't like cigarettes right when I wake up but that wears off. And I need to actually wake up at a normal time. But I tend to go to bed fairly late. So I need to figure out how to not be groggy in the morning and also not smoke. Maybe I'm just navigating the app wrong.

I hope this helps me. My stress is real ptsd and loosing my 26 yr old son, michael, last year. My smoking had escalated tremendously 😢😢 i want to quit but i cant😢

I’m so sorry to hear what you’ve gone through! If I were you, I’d couple up this track and my ptsd track, and/or getting help from a in-person trained professional to support you.

I have been listening every night for roughly 4. Sadly I'm still smoking. Not that I even want one it's the habit, like inn the morning and after meals. I must admit the desire is not an issue. If that makes sense
I always recommend once a night for 30 to really make the change. Habits take time to break, so listen with consistency will create the new habit as your unconscious mind takes on the new strategies and behaviour. ~ Joseph

I have listened to this twice now. Why do some people find it easier to stop straight away or within a few days of listening to this, but others still struggle to do that. Because our brains are wired differently. Is this Sara type of hypnotist that I would need? Is it because I am quite stubborn
I always recommend 30 nights. Some change quicker depending on the person, but we are undoing sometimes many years or decades of smoking. So stick with it, use those you have stopped as an example of what can be done with consistency, you’ve got this ~ Joseph
