So what you don’t realize is how sad the fight is because those zombies were young people who were friends and cared ones of the banditos ( the ones with the torches) and they ended their lives due to struggling with mental illnesses. And their weapons were apart of their neon gravestones. The bishops ( ones in robes ) put their powers together to seize and control them.
For us TØP fans this is like LOTR return of the king or the final star wars movie , it’s like stopping as Frodo gets to the top of mount doom or as Darth tells Luke he is his father & ending it there. This is the culmination of a decade long story told through multiple albums. For you an interesting mv for us an epic finale that has left us in the very edge 😂

Y’all need to check out “I am Clancy” so you can understand the lore a little better. It all has a deeper meaning. The lore has been going on for almost a decade. It will explain some of the music videos a little bit, especially this song because it’s very lore heavy.
in the world they created, Paladin Strait is the body of water Clancy has to cross to get from the island of Voldsoy to Dema to do this final confrontation - at the end of "Overcompensate" you can see them bringing a boat to shore, that would be the Paladin Strait they just crossed
This video was supposed to be the finale of the lore, but we got left as a cliff hanger
- banditos are the guys in yellow that help Clancy (Tyler)
- Nico (Blurryface) is the guy at the end who has Tyler by the neck - that is the final confrontation and final nemesis he needs to take out (he has now taken out the other 8 bishops and only Nico remains)
now we most likely will have some sort of additional song or extension of the album to give the final conclusion - it will probably come in 2025 after their tour is done
Actually they got washed ashore Volstoy in the video The Outside. So this was Tyler swimming the strait back to the continent Trench, which is where Dema is to meet up with the Bandito’s and confront the bishops.

I’m sure half a dozen people have already said… but yeah, you need to go back and watch these videos to start HeavyDirtySoul, Jumpsuit, Nico and the Niners, Levitate. That is just the start of the Lore videos.
Tyler is definitely a fan of the Lord of the Rings movies… which have bled into some live performances. But the short of the Lore is that there is a city called DEMA which basically controls all the people and information for the citizens… it’s run by bishops who have twisted a religion for their own purposes… and Tyler or Clancy is a hero who is trying to escape this city , but also help break others free from the grip of the bishops.
The bishops could represent corrupt politicians, corrupt religious leaders, different forms of mental illness, various sins or demons who enslave others… it’s up for the persons interpretation.
This is by far favorite album. If my brain was an album, it is this!
I just found out that one of the 21 pilots is married to Debbie Ryan from Jessie. 🤯

Great reaction, though you didn't understand the lore. This is the final song of the latest album, so it's like reading the last chapter of a book and not understanding the story. lol. The lore is a decade and numerous albums long. Do a little HW online, watch the video I am Clancy, and then dive into the rabbit hole of this group. You won't regret it, and you'll enjoy the journey!

I am Clancy is a good summary but still worth going through the entire lore and more,
Polls are why quality British films, TV shows and songs get ignored...
As most polls are done by Americans who think they know what is popular in the UK, yet have no idea.
For example, there's a TV series by the BBC (which was mainly filmed in my city contrary to what most people believe) which is known all over the world...
Yet in the UK it struggled to get 3 million viewers, because it wasn't that popular.
Even after it was given industry picked awards and Netflix tried to claim credit for it, it still only got a maximum of 5.87 million viewers on average, which is nowhere near the numbers which actual popular shows get.
Most of the British shows which people react to on CZcams, especially in the comedy genre, got around 1 million viewers on average.
While shows which get between 5 and 10 million viewers get ignored.
You have to go back and listen to past albums. There is a a story line that will make this song make sense.

You did worldwide choppers not too long ago, the guy at the end had a really short verse but he's called twisted insane. I'd love to see you react to one of his songs, not to be a reoccurring theme but just for the initial shock value. Chop shop is a good one 😁

man, without context, some of their songs dont mean as much. You guys certainly need to go back and only watch lure videos. you dont have to listen to every song on every album, just the ones that have to do with their made up lure story about overcoming anxiety or whatever it means to you.
Mid album lol. Trench is the perfect mix if y'all want to experience and understand their true talent better. It's got everything from vicious raps to tender vocals.
