[Chilled crab at home] A classic Kansai summer drink? Reproduction recipe for chilled salmon

- I made a chilled rice cake.
Chilled salmon is a drink made by diluting ginger syrup, which is drunk in summer in the Kansai region, with water.
I was able to recreate the colors and tastes at home by challenging several times.
[How to make chilled salmon]
265 g of maltose starch syrup (commercially available size was 265)
Miso sugar 200g
Shingoen 200g
Water 400cc
1. Wash the new bud well and remove the reddish and brown parts
2. Roughly peel the newborn potato skin (if you want to enhance the flavor of the ginger, you can leave the skin as it is)
3 Grate ginger
3. Use clean bleach or a cloth to separate the juice and ginger fiber.
4 Add water, ginger fiber, and tri-sugar to the pan, lightly cook, cook over medium heat, and boil for 5 minutes
5. Put the clean soup and a cloth on the bowl again and rub the broth.
6 Add the maltose water and ginger juice to the broth and let it stand for a while.
7 Take rough heat, transfer to a sterilized bottle, etc. and cool in the refrigerator
8 When the chilled syrup is diluted 2 to 3 times with water, the chilled potato is completed.
こういうローカルドリンクは東北では無いので、こういうのめっちゃ作り方知りたいけど、詳しい作り方が無いので、めっちゃ助かります！
新生姜ではなく根生姜でも美味しく作ることができますし、冬はお湯で割って飲んでも体が暖かくなりますので、ぜひ作ってみてください( ＾∀＾)
黒砂糖で作ってました(笑) どうも味が違い挫折してました。 三温糖なんですね＾＾ 水飴捜します。

私は三温糖の癖がすきなんですけど、家にある普通の上白糖で、作ったらスキッとした感じで、これもこれですきでした‼️
三温糖で作った方がなんか、京都で飲んだ色に近かったです🙂
冬はお湯を入れて飲んでますよ😆
