It is very hard, Iâm half polish and my first language is polish, but cause I grew up in Canada and single parenting, I lost almost all of my understanding of polish, which I was fluent in as a child, but now Iâm relearning and there definetly is a learning curve with the spelling to prononciation (especially how words like przepraszam and ksiÄ ĆŒkÄ are just, HARD.) but itâs so much fun once you get around those. Finding this video just made me so happy even though I am relearning the language, so Iâm not anywhere near fluent. But this especially made me happy cause when I was in middle school, the smartest kid in the class thought that we speak German in Poland :|

Im not a native speaker and i havent been to poland but my ancestors are from poland so i know a word or 2 for instance and bear in mind ive never seen the word before i just have verbal memorization of it but the phrase is i love you in polish and its something like yachie go home at least thats how i hear it as a engish speaker minus the rolled letters in there .although i have to say home made perogi are delicious .
@@gavinchilders9677 'Yachie go home' is actually super close to the actual pronouncation !! I think the polish phrase for 'I love you' that you're talking about is 'Ja ciÄ kocham', but we more commonly just say 'Kocham ciÄ' (Koh-ahm chi-eh) :)) I love home made pierogi too! Making them together with family was always somewhat of a tradition in my household, we would sit and crimp them together with the prongs of a fork :))

@@ronnie6244 yah when my family hand makes them we just hand crimp the perogis with a little water and flour.anyway my family frys them up but ive also been to Pulaski hall in Massachusetts where they steam the perogis and put a tasty onion garnish like paste over them it tastes sort of like a buttery onion sautay of finely sliced onion just to keep the perogis moist and add a little flavor.

You're actually doing so good omg!! I love how good is ur pronounciation and when you master the sounds like sz,cz,rz,h,dĆș,dĆŒ,Ć,Ć,Ćș,ĆŒ it will be basically impossible to tell the difference between you and a native speaker. Keep it going!!
Poland is seriously underrated as a vacation destination. Loved my visit to Krakow a few years ago.

omg so I've seen ASMR creators try diffrenet languages and Polish is literally NEVER included, you have no idea how happy this makes to see my native language getting recognization and especially when it's from a person you've been watching for years, and hearing you speak Polish was such a bizzare experience too, it just feels so close to home and it makes so happy đâ€ïž

Hey I've been learning Polish on Babbel too! I'm from Scotland but I have quite a lot of Polish friends and colleagues plus there's a few Polish kids at the nursery I work at, so I started learning and it's hard but I'm really enjoying it! Jest bardzo dobry! DziÄkujÄ za ten film!

Polish is kind of perfect for ASMR actually. It's very consonant-heavy, which gives the sound of the voice those rough edges that isn't too dissimilar to tapping on something. I didn't know how tingly this was going to be, but it turned out to be very. The video began, I tingled, closed my eyes, and then woke up towards the end (because I am sitting at a desk right now). Very good. Maybe Gibi can incorporate the odd line of Polish into one of her OCs in the future (I can't remember the name right now without having to check, but maybe the intimidating assistant character)...
Yup, the letters are heavily pronounced, especially the "r's'

Iâm polish but live in Ireland and it was nice having Gibi learn my national language. Also her voice is nice in Polish too and sheâs not so bad at Polish pronunciations.
