Everyone asking how make up can get so messed up.
I worked as an extra on the film set of a zombie movie "Last Hope" and after make up was in the hot sun, being applied to hundreds of zombie extras then thrown into the backseat of a car for a 3 hour drive back on the bumpy gravely country roads all the way back to the city the palets would get pretty messed up.
Kryolan is a known brand for movie make up so it wouldn’t surprise me if this pallet was used for something like that.
The make up artists are trained to clean up their colour pallets after each job exactly like this. So they'll be ready for the next horde of zombies, probably the next day.

Besides, there's always colour correcting and mixing, too dark? No worries! The colourful pallet is there to save you 🤩

Lord, throw that old crap out. I work in the theater and Kryolan gets nasty. The oils start to separate and go rancid. A new cake is not that expensive. Life's too short.

I'm thinking kryolan is a pretty popular brand and probably used a lot in stage performances or heavy duty usage like filming etc, thus the poor condition!

To be honest, who wants colours like this though. Its really pretty but like, also why is it covered in this tan skin color stuff when that isn't a color in the palette
