    I realize that every time I do not feel good, I think of you right away brother. I have recently recognize that I am a Healer as well, I wish to help people as you have helped me. It really does complete the rest of my life and I will always be thankful for you.

    I think trying to show up every day is the most important thing. I personally benefit from it and try to do it every day after my morning yoga. Thank you.

    Dear Brother Insight, feeling my ancestors in my body makes me fear because there were a lot of worries, sickness, narcisistic behaviors among them, among my parents too. The consequence is that I often have negative perceptions about anything around me, events, relations. Anyway, I'm gratful to my ancestors for the body I live in, but focusing on my ancestors at the and of a qigong practice makes me a lot of fear, because often their wrong thinking patterns I inconsciously bear in myself influence my life. I'm hardly working on this, that's why I don't like remembering them as being present inside me. Is it good/wrong, i don't know...

      Thanks to your ancestors you are alive. That's the biggest gift they could have ever givenyou. Just send them lots of gratitude for that. And then just forgive. Talk to your ancestors in your mind and tell them you forgive them for all their negativity. It's hard at first, but keep doing it and you will be surprised over the time the piece and love you will feel inside you.

    You have THREE different tapes talking about blood circulation and cleansing . Three! In one tape you say to do these nine forms 21 times. Here you do them a few times and not all the same amount of times. Its very confusing if not irresponsible. You lose credibility. I tried very hard to learn the 9 movements to do them 21 ties because I have a real blood/circulation problem .Now I have become anxious and upset because you are so in consistent. I have lost respect for you.

      please, don't throw the baby out with the bath water. last year i did the whole routine 21x and it helped my health. he may do the short version for people who don't have that much time or energy? for your health, stay with it - and see how you feel if you were to do it for about six weeks, whole routine, every day. good luck, and much health to you. p.s. i am not associated with him - i have appreciated what he has taught me and come back to it from time to time.

      If you look inward, you will find your frustration is in your own control and driven by only you. Rationalizing with what will help you and what doesn't can sort that respect issue out. Not to remind you of the real frustrations in this world, Brother Insight is truly only trying to help. This is an escape from what hurts you, practice gratitude and pile on the therapy in trade for secretarial duties of chaos and order... peace ✌️
