I'm back with another visa application experience. This is my 3rd time applying for a Korean Visa and this time, our application is directed to the newly opened Korea Visa Application Center - the official designated visa application center of the Korean Embassy.
In this video, I talked about my experience in their pilot test run period (Aug 14 - 25). I also shared how our application took about 4 hours in the visa center, requirements for multiple-entry applicants and for sponsored applicants, as well as the process inside the visa center, and the fees.
As of August 23, 2023, I already got my passport back and I was only granted a Single Entry again. I guess South Korea is really strict in giving out ME visas. Despite of my strong travel history, I am still unable to secure the ME visa. Nevertheless, I am still grateful and thankful. Manifesting an approved visa for all of us!
PS. Please arrive early when you pick up your passport. Mine took 2hours just to collect. Maybe they are still fixing their system since they are still in their pilot testing period, but 2 hours?! Better to be early.
Passport pick up time is from 1PM-5PM, cut off is 4PM.

We plan to go by December however i just wanna know. If my auntie is the one sponsor for us but we are going separate is that okay if the sponsor still use her? Btw is that okay right just to print our bank cer &stat bcz the original will be with her and she will just send the file to us via email nalang. Hi, sabi ng KVAC original COE & bank statements eh. So I think yes. You need to. But, please also do double check by calling KVAC. Baka pwede naman photocopy given the scenario.

Yeah! LAst Feb nag apply ako Visa considering na naka 3X na ako sa Korea ha! Denied ako! In time for my bday pa naman yun. napanood ko na din pala yung sa Canada mo sobrang helpful talaga. nag submit na ako ng application online sa IRCC now lang! wish me Luck! thanks@@passportdiaries_

Pwede namang authorized representative if di mo makukuha personally. Alam ko at the end of your application tatanungin nila if gusto mo ba ipa-LBC or pick up. 300 pesos if you opt LBC delivery.

Hello, okay lang ba na mag apply uli ng visa if may existing non expired korean visa ka pa? Ung old kvisa ko kasi sa sept 15 pa ma expired tho used na siya kasi single entry lang.
Single entry ba ang granted? If used na siya once, then you should apply na kasi single entry lang. pag SE, once lang pwede magamit.

Hi Ms. Diane! Thank you for this video! Ask ko lang po, if BF ang kasama ko magtravel, ok lang po ba na sya nalang mag-submit ng application namin? And I only have digital bank statement and certs pero di po tinanggap ni agency dahil account lang daw sa physical bank tinatanggap ni embassy pero as you mentioned, tinanggap naman po sa iyo. However, in my case, digital bank lang po ang may cashflow ako since yun din po ang payroll account ko, I have account in LBP pero maintaining balance lang. May I know your thoughts po? 1. Ok lang na young boyfriend mo nailing mag-submit as long as declared na travelling together kayo sa application form. (Don't forget nalang din proof of relationship such as: photos, texts, just in case hanapin).
2. Maybe nag-follow lang talaga ng standard si agency, but if you apply kasi personally sa KVAC, medyo mapapakiusapan mo yung staff (Iba Iba sila magrequire ng papers, in my opinion). Just to be sure, provide ka nalang ng letter of explanation stating the reason why you only have digital bank certs / statements.

wala naman po dapat changes sa kung kanino dapat nakaaddress ung documents noh? like ung sa Bank Cert and cover letter if sa 'Embassy of the Republic of Korea' ung sa Mckinley address padin dapat i-address? TIA
Hi. Yes. Wala naman. All my docs are addressed pa rin naman sa Embassy of Korea sa Mckinley. Hindi naman nila pinabago :)

you can put "Financial Support" :) or with me, I put 'full financial support when i filled out my sister's form. Don't forget nalang din to explain sa cover letter mo that you are being sponsored.

I have BDO but my ADB is super low as I always transfer the amount to my CIMB.
Hi, I just plainly stated na whatever we can generate from CIMB's app is already good as Bank Cert. Other information request on top of the default bank cert NEEDS further approval from CIMB's higher ups. I suggest submit mo pa rain BDO mo plus the CIMB. Ganun kaki ginawa ko. At least when they check, they can trace na nagta-transfer ka to CIMB.

I'm planning to go next year kasama bf ko saka 2 kong bff and libre ko sila. I live in the Uk and I'm employed pero students palang sila. Is it okay na ako ang mag sponsor or do we not have chance to get approved?
Hi! I think ok lang naman na ikaw ang sponsor nila. Just ensure nalang din that you bring proof of relationship when you submit docs in case any staff will ask for it. With regard to the chance of approval, I can’t tell kasi discretion pa rin naman ni Embassy.

Ok lang naman if sponsored kayo 4. regarding the funds, I cant tell if it's red flag or not kasi discretion pa rin ni embassy yun. Tip lang, dapat kung ano ilalagay sa funding details, dapat makita siya or ma-support yun ng mga banks statements / certificates ng sponsor niyo. Yung sa kids, kailangan kasi filled out yung required information, so dapat meron nakalagay sa funding details din nila. That's based on my research lang ha, double mo check mo rin or ask others :) Good luck!

Pwede na yung nag-apply nalang mismo basta dala mo yung mga reference slip na binigay for others.

Representative is ok if declared naman na traveling together kayo sa application form. No personal appearance needed. In our case, my mom is the representative of my sister and my father. :) Thank you too, for watching! 💗

I think 4:30 yata ang cut off, but please do check din with other applicants or you may also call them sa number that I inputted mejo last part ng vlog :) hope this helps!

Hello, paano po kapag sponsored ng brother yung trip pero hindi sya kasama mag travel is it a red flag po? traveling solo po kasi sana ako and currently stuying here sa PH and di rin naman po me first time traveler. Is it possible po ba ma-approve ang visa kahit solo traveler and student here in PH?
Hi! if your brother is staying in Taiwan, I stated the requirements in the video. I can't really tell if it's a red flag or not kasi it's still the embassy's discretion. Make sure mo nalang siguro na complete and strong ang docs mo. Good luck!
Hello po, if magsponsor po ako ng parent ko and travelling together with parent. Do I need po ba to submit two bank certificates and two bank statements for each of us or yung isang bank statement and isang bank certificate would suffice for both of us? Thank you po!
Kailangan meron din yung sponsored applicants. So 2 bank certs and 2 statements

Need ng separate original copy for each sponsored applicant. Kasi kami rin before, photocopy lang pero hindi tinanggap ng staff.

Sorry, ang alam ko lang walang visa if ang port of entry and exit is Jeju. I just dont know if may stopover pa other than Jeju.

Wala naman specific na requirement for ADB but our staff advised us to submit the account (if there's multiple accounts) with highest balance.

In my experience, pwede naman as long as ma-establish proof of relationship and explain why ang sponsor ay di makakasama. But double check mo pa rin with the agency, may number naman sila na pwede tawagan.

Hello! I just traveled to Korea last month (PH passport holder, Osaka-Incheon ako coz im living in Japan now). No need for any Qcode or whatever. Just present your passport and ung visa grant notice to the immigration and you're good!🤗 happy travels!🇰🇷

Same lang po ba and COE sa contract?
Different sila. Contract is the one that you sign before your onboarding date. COE is the one you get from your HR stating how long you’ve been in the company, role, compensation, etc.

Hello, yes! Im currently here. Wala ng hinanap na iba :) make sure lang na meron ka na arrival card (white paper) and yellow form (health declaration) when you disembark the plane, hingin mo na sa crew. Para tuloy tuloy ka nalang :)

Hi so sorry for the late response. Traveling together ba kayo? If yes, considered as "group" kayong dalawa so anyone of the members of the group pwede magdala. Hope this still helps!
