Ritika Dabas It's just a polygon of the Raster area. You could make it with sth like Raster to polygon, or by simply creating a polygon around your raster.

Nice. So i assume you must know, before hand, where the highest elevation associated with flood flow (e.g 100 year) gets, right??
where do i get the "base water" shapefile from?
have the same question
it s simple you can get it by creating a new shapefile (polygon) according to your DEM limit
you can create by DEM or use model and get a H water depth
