Maya and Blender are both powerful 3D computer graphics software used by professionals and enthusiasts for creating animations, models, and visual effects for various industries such as gaming, films, and advertising. No there's not lmao
wow i cannot believe those extordinay update actually there's no different between maya 2011 and maya 2024 except some green ui good buy autodesk for ever
It astonishes me how Maya's UI still looks horrendus evern in 2023. Yeah its a very functional program, but for the price you're paying is it really that hard to make it easier on the eyes?
As a Zbrush and 3DCoat user, this UI is good lol
You are suppose to create your own Ui for your pipeline. Its a workhorse, not pretty pony.
Exactly
Even with all these updates, it still can't compete with Blender...
Blender isnt even great bruh
@@Fluck_Flutch You really should try it!
@@richstubbsanimation Dude I’ve used Blender for like 8 years lol. It’s still my main program. I’m just saying that from my 3 years of experimenting with Maya, it doesn’t even compete
ppl still use maya ??? lol just go get blender bro
maya is better that's why it's used in industry, you can't just say it's terrible without even using it.
Blender sucks compared to it when it comes to terms of animation
@@xd1845 just cause its industry standard dont mean its better.... capitalism is standard , doesn't mean its the best system for human society + i never said maya is terrible + i started w maya...
Blender better than maya
nope
Your bot is miss pronouncing the actual name of the program.. hahaha
blender in 2014
Blender is for people who can't make money doing CG work.
autodesk is dead
Maya is ugly, crashes constantly, makes me nervous using it.
Buy a new pc.
@@smashedlegends it is maya
Is it a licenced version or one off pirate bay?
@@malcomarmstrong9207 licensed, Maya indie. I'm an animator and Maya hates animation for some reason.
My university computers Maya suffered the same problems. I've used Maya as an animator enough to know that it's a shitty software.
@@normietwiceremoved Ive use Maya (and other 3d apps) for over 20 years and Maya has never been a problem for me. Animation tools are amongst the best out there. Maybe 3ds Max has slightly better animation tools, but rigging in Maya is great (Houdini catching up v fast though!) Great APi, easy to make tools and scripts, good Python integration, connects to Unreal and other apps easily too. Its easy to blame a tool when you dont know how to use it properly I guess.
every year jobs reducing , maya new updating increases. 🤣🤣🤣
Autodesk is like wind from the past :) Even without GPT? That is good job! Are you from the last century? :)
Come on, Autodesk hates you. They just move buttons around every year
