The suit was designed by people who are in fact not racists, and was also constructed by people who are not Warden and Gavin. That is their masterpiece and their spider-man magnum opus and it was tainted by the horrible people that were the lead actor and director.

Seriously sad that this suit was ruined by what Gavin and Warden did, however I thought the suit was a perfect modern interpretation of the John Romita Sr suit.

I love the lenses on this suit, and I usually like a larger lense, but something about how those lenses shine and their shape is so awesome to me

Looking at the behind the scenes, there was alot of effort and care in making this suit. There was like professional equipment used in making this suit. And regarding the lens, I don't know too much about resin but you can likely find a very effective gluing method if you search long enough. (But fr tho no offence but imagine being able to tell people that you broke a film ready Spidey suit)

Kinda, he made general concept art with indications and approval of Gavin, I designed it (with creative inputs coming also from Gavin and Alessio my coworker). In order of creative input I'd say the design is by: Gavin (indications, reference supply, and approval +logo he and his friends draw on paper), me (all the corrections and convertion to real life design of the general concept + detail, texture and materials, 3d details and webshooters), Datrinti for the general concept art based on Gavin's ideas, and Alessio my coworker for suggestions on the suit details.
In fact is too complex in movies (and this is just a fan movie) to refer the design to just one person. You end up calling it like the movie or by the director who gives the general tone inputs and eventually reference+ approves design decisions .

Eh, the original Stark Suit and his own black and red suit was awesome. The rest was a bit too much, until his new costume at the end of the movie.
the physical civil war suit was so good. It basically has the same logos as this lotus suit.
I don't really mind the other mcu Spider-Man suits fact dare I said they looked good imo.

People, please just recognize this suit as a work done by Spider-Lab, not the image of pretentious and ignorant fans. Please, this design deserves so much more.

@@qwertyzillaofficial2969 the silver lenses so it could match the silver webbing pattern just like black lenses match the black webbing pattern, the blue is dark because in the original comic his suit was suppose be black not blue but Spidey fan always think its blue so the designer chose a mix of both which is dark blue

Personally, I'm not a huge fan of the design; I'm super picky about classic suits and how I want them to look, but I have nothing but respect to the costume designers and creators. I visited Kai the other day and saw the suit in person. Wonderful, wonderful suit.

To me, the Lotus suit looks like the first MCU Spider-Man suit with darker colors
this suit is literally my fav suit, i hate that everything gets ruined man.
Lotus actually means, purity, overcoming adversity, and rebirth. I personally think that this goes with the plot of this movie and what Peter is going through.

Controversy a side, the suit itself actually really good I dare say looks gorgeous you can tell a lot of care and effort was put into the suit.
So that is how the battle damaged suit were made, too bad the great costumes ended up in Spider-Man racism because the ditco and classic suit are good, but it is such bad lighting and little actual swinging and combat scenes and lighting to see this in
This suit has my favorite patterns for both the red and the blue, so it'll always be a favorite of mine
My only issue IS the back logo to the suit. I don't mind the colors, even though I prefer a baby blue and brighter red, but I don't find the back logo matching with the design inspiration for this suit. I still find it beautiful tho
Seriously so unfortunate about what happened but I know all the people who helped really just had a strong love for spider-man and I respect them all for doing as much as they did and separating themselves from it all

This reminds me of the time when I bought a Raimi face shell and broke one of the lenses day one. I was trying to practice taking them on and off, and one of ‘em broke. And the worst part was that the shipping to get it replaced was $50.

I remember watching this when it came out and I ADORED THIS video. I actually got in touch with the stunt actor for Lotus and reviewed the actual stunt suit. In my video. I got to wear the suit and do some cool stunts. As suit reviewers we gotta shed light to whatever darkness occurred before.

What I will say is it is funny people will not even see Lotus (if it even releases) yet consume, love and buy Disney stuff who actually does hardcore and blatant racism, xenophobia, sexism and homophobia on a worldwide level and dont get 1% of the backlash or boycotting this fanmade movie gets
