2023 North Dakota Class B Girls Basketball State Championship | Midco Sports | 03/06/23

Led by a large senior class, Central Cass took down Thompson in overtime to win the Class B girls basketball state championship. Tournament MVP Decontee Smith recorded a double-double in her final game as a Squirrel finishing with a game-high 25 points and 17 rebounds.
