So you telingl me you didn’t hear the judge say that the original charges had been amended and that he was pleading guilty to 2 counts of aggravated child abuse and 1 count of contributing to a delinquent
At least Polight will be in prison then on probation and will be monitored so he cannot continue what he was doing in the past. When he gets out he will be screwed for good if he violates probation.

He was found guilty- adjudication of guilt = guilty conviction. His plea was still an admission of guilt , it just means he doesn't want a trial with jurys.

@@vilheard3030 SHEEEEEiiiiitttt , no evidence is needed, only accusations . im proof, i have a 4 year restraining order on me for roasting my bm wit fat names, she tried kicking me out after i got off work, (she accused me of messing wit a female at work, which was false) i wouldnt leave, cops got called, they wasnt going to do nothing, then she told one of the cops that she feared for her life, they took me into custody smh she filled out the paper for an injunction, she showed up asked for 10 years, they denied her but still let her have 4. no violence or nothing, and my son was a witness. i appealed it, and they still kept the 4 year restraining order on me for Nothing at ALL.
Should never be able to take a plead when children are involved… damaging children should automatically carry very long sentences
