One of the most difficult paint schemes to replicate. The late war German industry was a shambles with dispersed production and the need to streamline airflow with putty over seams and even pinking tape over major joints the thin paint applied showed everything, if paint was even applied. Fantastic work! That had to be extremely time consuming. I've tried it on a JV77 262 even going to the trouble of filling in the pannel lines and rivets with 3M spot putty with limited sucess. Judges didn't like the missing panel lines and rivets even with documentation showing actual aircraft. Love it, keep it up!!

Terrific job and a very accomplished model. The painting scheme is very unusual and the way you managed the whole process is testament to your skills....congrats. I don't actually mind the building phase, especially if there's any scratch build happening....always great way to see techniques and possible tips for future models. That said....I really enjoyed the painting process on this video. Many thanks for sharing!

Very nice an interesting subject. You threw me completely off kilter when you applied the US markings. Very well done.

I enjoyed this video quite a lot. Watching people glue models together is actually boring. Painting and finishing is much more interesting, that where the real skill is. I hope you do this again.

I disagree watching people build, helps me learn NEW skills. Especially when they're adding things that aren't already a part of the kit or including aftermarket. But too each their own.

You could still do the build part and just put a time-stamp as to where the painting/weathering starts. The build could be useful for anyone thinking about building it, in case of any pitfalls etc. Nice work!

I am obsessed with finding THE ME262 model. Would like to go as large as I can. There doesn't seem to be one with individual flaps, as they are apparently in down position when grounded.

Alex fantastic build there. If I had a critism those panel lines weren't paint but putty, you could have used primer for more realism. Great job none the less. Its one project I'm planning on doing there are a few different versions of the unpainted Me262.
