As soon as someone jumps in the pool it's going to create waves that go into the firepit area and wet the cushions and seats. 🤔
What type of material was used for the bridge floor? Is it slip resistant? I see a lot of edges next to water that can be a safety hazard. I love the way the tiles transition into the pool but not sure if I’d like to slip and fall on that edge. Overall a great connection of different spaces.

We use structure studios!
This was $600k all in with labor? No way. The pool house structure and basketball ct etc. No way. What was the all in?
I don't think it includes the pool house. Probably a separate builder
