    Coach exudes confidence. Firm instructions and determined to get the work in. If Kendrick continues to follow his lead, I have no doubt he will go far in this sport. Be diligent and chase your dream. Sure helps when you have a willing & determined pupil. A lot of variables but starts with goal setting. Much success going forward.

    Why use the gym period when you can focus on what you actually need

      Because you have to get stronger to get better and prevent injury

      @@sethjohnson4367 when i did gym we played games like badminton. And we never took lift serious. It didnt match w the track lifts we had after school. So it ended up being pointless

    is an athletics period not common accross the country? many schools do it differently, but a common way is a period for boys athletics and a period for girls. usually the 1st and last to be able to roll practice before/after school

    What are the benefits of doing speed endurance right after 3 reps of max V

    • @ariapplefarm
      @ariapplefarm Před měsícem +3

      probably none considering he hasn't improved pretty much since last season his coach is bugging

    • @daashikii
      @daashikii Před měsícem +2

      @@copper5r660 we do that too at the collegiate level. I think its because the day we sprint, we need at least 48 hours of recovery. At least. So the day we do max velocity we can also do speed endurance and our rest can be optimised without having another tough speed workout coming
