Will Steph win his 3rd MVP trophy in 2024?
I hope so 🥲
He might.
Hoop reports i thought this video was already posted just yesterday afternoon
Hell no
Better question is will Steph win his 2nd Unanimous MVP trophy in 2024?
25 years from now. Everyone will talk about Steph, like the old heads talk about Jordan. Everyone should consider themselves lucky to have watched Steph the past 15 years.
Too many ppl busy hating now and they all gonna switch up to get him his flowers
Absolutely won't happen. Because this league is plagued with physical worship. Him with his small stature and skillful plays will always be forcedly side screened by those fanatical body worshipers. Thank God their disgusting fetish towards brainless muscly brute have never infect me.
I feel that same way abt Steph as well as Durant and Bron , out of the whole 2010’s generation we will miss those guys the most , 3 truly special players all in the same era
Nah... Gonna wait for Steph to feature in a blockbuster movie alongside Bugs Bunny, before considering Steph in the GOAT conversation 😊
This year is starting to feel even more fun than the past 2 seasons. Remember how common it was for them to be behind by 20, and u still knew they were gonna win? Its starting to feel like that again.
Ive been feeling that way too lol. Going into 4th down a little bit knowing Steph will come back in with 8-10 mins left and get us right and we will close it out.
Exactly how I've been feeling
I thought it was just me😭 last year especially on the road it didn’t feel like that. But when they played at home it did. Now it feels like they can do it on both the road and at home this year
That's when they had Durant. He's why they were unbeatable. Wait a month and you'll see who curry and the warriors really are after they drop below .500. Lol
@@mryup6100beating bad teams by 10, barely beating average teams, and losing to the best teams is not reminiscent of the Durant warriors.
Stephen Curry, who is 35 years old and entering his prime, is truly the best point guard in the modern NBA.
Curry should also be included in the GOAT debate.
Yes
He is the GOAT. revolutionized the game. Most 3 pointers at record speed and it would have been even faster if he didn't miss so many games early in his career.
If he wins another ring he'll be the GOAT. I don't care what people say about jordan or lebron, truth is steph is THE best shooter the league will ever see and he literally changed how nba was played because he was above anyone else. Nobody else did that, nobody ever will after him.
Let's get that 5th ring, Curry will easily be top 5 on the GOAT list
@@eusoffchan2004 2
i think the best part of the CP3 trade is that Steph's minutes are way more valuable now. i checked last week (and i know its early) and he's averaging the lowest number of minutes in his entire career excluding the seasons that were cut short by injuries. so not only is he playing at or above his MVP seasons, but he's doing it on ~4 LESS minutes per night. when he comes back in, he doesnt have to worry about the bench cutting their lead back to single digits or even losing the lead.
Seeing him playing like this and keep elevating his game (he always had to since he couldnt rely on tremendous athleticism) is part of what makes him truly an all time great. May the Warriors stay healthy.
Steph feels so much more free and happy when the second unit, lead by CP 3, not only manages to hold on to a lead or not lose ground, but even gain ground!
Then he comes back, unbothered, and can feel free to shoot whatever shot he wants, because THERE ARE NO BAD SHOTS for this alien. ❤👏
Well done, Mr. Dunleavy!
Why I feel like you stole this comment. Read this somewhere before or was that you too?
@@samle9131 That was me too, I kinda have couple of comments I recycle when it's pertinent (and sometimes when it's not). 😄😅
Not really, they could just as easily be 2-6 right now.
I've been saying this since I heard we landed CP3: Steph is going to have his best year yet because CP3 is going to unleash Steph in so many ways.
CP3 being a low turnover primary ball handler with hall of fame passing abilities is exactly what Steph has never had. Now that CP3 is here, Steph is going to go nuts.
It's going to get even better as Steph and CP3 learn each other's tendencies even more. 💥💪🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆
Exactly Steph does better at the 2 than 1 having Chris brings out Steph potential
@@tercialit’s also he doesn’t have to force himself to play as many minutes. He actually gets rest time, since the second unit can actually play ball now.
Even the team is passing better now, they got the cp3 family plan for passing 😂
we must remind ourselves that this man plays golf in the off-season. which I believe improves his technical skills when shooting the basketball with soft or heavy touch
Why was Steph unguardable in his early 20s, that's the question. Steph never relied on blinding speed, epic leaping ability, or brute physical strength. Steph never had those things, so he had to learn to excel without them. Those are all things that decline with age, often steeply given the rigors of an 82-game season stacking up over a dozen or more years. What makes Steph special is TALENT. That, along with his insanely tough training regimen and high BBIQ, make him as unguardable at 35 as he was at 21, probably more so.
Them having 5 wins on the road already is just crazy considering of how bad they were last year on the road. They got a real chance to win the whole thing. I can't wait to see how they do against Denver tomorrow.
Steph on his way towards his 3rd MVP (to start with), and another massive 50-40-90 season. 🎉❤
That Leonard laugh is crazy 😂 hahaha
That last clip of Dillon Brooks acting like a figure skater still gets to me. 😂😂😂
Curry's game winner vs OKC was anything BUT easy.
Such exceptional talent and skill. 🎉❤
Also not to mention how much Curry has been studied since 2016. Every team in the NBA literally makes plays to try and guard Steph. For him to be doing numbers similar to his 2016 stats is literally insane
LOVE the graphs and comparisons to other point guards. Really put things visually in perspective.
Curry, the under 6'6" GOAT. Just imagine how much greater he would be if he was 6'6" instead of 6'2".
Ask your girl. That extra 4 inches mattered a lot to her, and I don't mean heights 🤣
Thats actually my argument with lebron fans since 2015. Just imagine what he could do with a body like lebron. But lebron would literally break if he woke up tomorrow with steph's body.
Him being smaller just makes it even better for me. He's more relatable than those big men. Steph makes us think that it is possible.
Curry is most likely still good because he takes EPO.
@@FiinalFlaash He doesn't need a Lebron body. A Jordan body would suffice.
One thing I have to say about Curry is he is not chasing ghost. He can be himself and keep on improving. He doesn’t need to pad his stats cuz he’s already great as he is.
Curry's overall game this year has been slipping, but his amazing scoring has been the only topic of discussion. I hope that he gets the rest of his game up to par though because it's very much needed since Wiggins is having another crisis and CP3 is still finding his shot
Kawhi laughing at 5:57 🤣🤪You didn’t have to do him like that
I think that there is also is routine,
Same club, same teammate and his family. I am sure it plays a great role in his constant improvement.
9:16 Dillon "Die-nasty" Brooks
Was waiting for his cameo! 🤣🤣
Steph more efficient in paint and around the rim, and also IN CLUTCH TIME!! 🎉❤👍👏🔥🔥
CP3 is so great for us that even on the bench, not playing creates an impact and deeper focus in totality .
Hey Hoops, MASSIVE respect for all these videos and the unrelenting CONFIDENCE you have in the Warriors! 🎉❤
Question tho: would you mind repeating out loud those titles in between instead of only showing them on screen? 🙈🙂
❤ i love your videos never stop
Steph is without a doubt this era’s greatest basketball player. Not one player in the league affects wins more than Steph Curry. The NBA and the media messed up big when they didn’t replace the LBJ goat narrative with Steph instead.
Stop it
You said it . The main reason is skill vs brute force athleticism. As you age your ath goes down . The less you demand of it the better off you are because your skill takes over . However at some point the athl goes down a lot causing a forced decline in output
The man is like fine wine, he only gets better with age!
I honestly hope Curry will still play at 40, and still will be force of neture
If that's true, he would be the same level of MJ
Bruh...if Curry is playing into his 40’s, he’s gonna have 8-12 rings
@@user-oi3rp4tt6sAt least 12 rings if not more... I mean to get to 12 he would only have to win 1,6 rings per season. We all that such a number is unrealistically low and he's more likely to win at least 3 rings every season, making it 19 rings for Steph at 40. 🤦🏼♂️
@@konzza lol 😂
He’s got 4 and will get #5 at 35. If he plays for the next 7 years and we see the greatest modern dynasty of our time, 12 is in reach. Personally i think if he played another 7 years he could retire with 8-9 rings and he only needs 3 more (including this year) to beat MJ and take that 🐐 👑
Wait... I just watched this, this morning. Didn't I??
Yea right
same
It was taken down and put back up again
another great video by Hoop "Sheesh guys" Reports
00:03 The 2 fans at the bottom of the screen Courtside throw their hands up and start walking out.
Thanks to Steph, I find myself watching his highlights over and over and focus my attention on the crowd, the opponents, the bench, the coaches to watch their reactions...sooooo funny!
amazing how you show the statistics to prove steph growth , very clear and informative
Focused on scoring only, deliberately neglecting him declining at every other area making less assists, getting more turnovers and less rebounds.
He is getting better at shooting. Fun to watch
Re: are they a championship team?
As long as Steph is playing at GOAT-like level and they're all healthy AND PRESENT for play-offs, they'll ALWAYS have a shot!
They have only semi dominated 2 games. They could easily be 2-6 right now.
@@ItIsYouAreNotYour lol, no. 4-4 MAYBE, but that's about it.
At 6:05, Kerr was like nah you got it coach 😅
I love that DBook is always somehow mentioned, find that so funny actually and i dunno why
Steph gone be the first player to ever win unanimous MVP twice I'm calling it here and now 😭🔥
I don't think he's more productive more so as he's more efficient than 2016. Just like beginning of last season he's shooting with otherworldly efficiency but he never plays for stats or numbers so it doesn't matter what his statline looks like these days. CP3 is allowing him to play primarily off-ball as a shadow 2 guard at times even at the beginning of games when he's on the bench. They set the tone for each other and that's so cold tbh.
Dude, I'm almost 30, and I can already feel father time. Not necessarily when I'm PLAYING yet, but it's always the NEXT day. I just don't recover like I did in my younger 20's. Now, I'm not saying 30 is old. I could and should take better care of my body. But it's just wild to me that athletes in their mid to even LATE 30's can play so many games and not just exist, but thrive.
This guy always gives me hope
Steph is the best pg ever by far
And it aint close
If you say he isnt a traditional pg neither is magic johnson
Not to be argumentative, but how was magic not a traditional PG?
@@onelyfemusic6213he was a point forward like legm
@@onelyfemusic6213 We can argue if you want lmao
But personally I'd say magic is more of a pointforward than a pointguard not being your typical pg
Feel free to proof me wrong tho
Ofc his trainer said this. MJ's trainer said the same thing, but he was clearly just a smarter, more efficient player.
Lofty high-arc floaters or finger-rolls look easy, but take years to master.
Steph trains these shots and often launches one to the rafters in pre-game. It mostly goes in.
Pure skill. The best in the nba
2:36 the nuhh😫
Steph has taken really good care of himself! That's how.
Great Analysis! But I know it wouldn't have been complete without the Dylan DDyn-nasty Brooke's comment!! 👏
Rose's decline isn't due to him not having skills my guy was literally injured. Rose was a 3 level breakdown scorer who could dunk like Kobe.
Rose is not a good shooter, he relied on his explosiveness. All explosives guards will decline greatly at some point onced they aged/injuried.
I feel like some time is needed before we can say how his season is panning out
Dillon Dynasty Brooks is the reigning 3pt% leader wow
Pause at 9:17 lol 😂
He left dillon in another continent 😂😂
Well conditioned, always improving his game, and staying hungry.
i think i laughed when lebron said he wanted to play with curry
The Glazing is CRAZY
Glazing with facts.
9:10 I love it every time! 😂😂
Stephen Curry TS percentage is more amazing than you think, because not only he’s a small dude, not a slasher or dunker, but mostly those field goals are from jump shots, and he takes a lot of 3s per game too.
I remember watching this yesterday, why the repost?
Everytime he mentions Brooks I laugh my ass off. He’s not even in the same team anymore so it makes it even funnier
For the same reason a record-breaking number of players have been putting up huge numbers every night for the past decade-plus: the lack of NBA defense.
If you put even Boban as big with SC30(who do screens) you would have 5-6 min of easy poitns..now if add Bam or or some A tier big..not to mention S tier big
WHEN I SEE HOOPS NOTIFICATION I CLICK.
why the reupload?
Stephen Curry still his PRIMES 💪🔥💪
Thing about the Game winner that stands out to me is not just the skill, but anticipation and awareness. Hes still 2 moves ahead, then add the motor never dies hes the big brained energizer bunny with SSS tier skills.
curry is the under 6'6 GOAT. Easy.
That Kwahi laugh 😂
Why u reupload?
One difference of Curry being an NBA Player is his Horselike stamina specially at the age of 35! A lot of NBA Player can testify how tough to guard Curry because He runs a lot the whole game and made them out of gas!
Steph is just now entering his prime lmao
Reupload?
Curry is so inspirational, 🎉 that he inspired even himself.😂
Splash, splash, butter, baby
Only true guys know that this is a re-upload.
Steph is a shooter he can still play liie this even in his 40s
THat shoot vs thunder is 🔥.
Stephen Curry is owner OKL & SAC😅
If Steph played 35+ minutes like everybody else shit would be even more crazy.
Another player still playing at a real high level at 35 rn is KD.
did homie say "rose had a major decline" ... 🤯no wae dud !! yup it's the age, the age got them all
Only true Hoop Reports fans know this is a re-upload
how many steps at the very first 3point shot?
I hope so
Bro idk if this sounds weird but there’s this CZcams channel called “Mr.Sports” who sounds just like you idk if he’s copying your vids or what lol
Draymond said the quiet part out loud; Dubs chemistry SUCKED last year. Poole dragged us down. Don’t think there’s any doubt about that.
Props to this channel. BY FAR my favorite #Dubs platform. Thank you!
Tbh Green was what SC30 needed..team leader so he can work unburden..
Steph and Bron 💯
Nobody aside from the fans ever thought about Curry being so passive again. Men, he's literally fooling every opponents every game.
his % of assisted buckets inside 10 feet went way up, which means he wasn't trying beat people off the dribble as much and also folks were probably so scared of his 3 he got some easy bunnies. He could literally be the same player, but get a bit smarter. You're trying to make it sound like he's suddenly gotten better at finishing around the rim, when actually he's just gotten easier looks
Am I trippin because I could’ve sworn I just watched this last night but it says posted 3 hours ago 😭
Steph is the only player that even when at half court, people still have a hand up trying to block the shot.. HALF COURT.. insane
This very video is the reason not to compare Curry to any retired player! Same goes for Lebron. These guys are still playing! What if Steph plays until he's 40 and get another title of two? Or makes 5000 3 pointers before he's done! Then you'll wonder why there was a debate at all...Steph's secret weapon is that he feeds off the hate and negativity! You haters are too dumb to realize that! So keep up the good work and us fanboys can just sit back and enjoy...Sticks and Stones!
idc tacko fall better
He said this and I said is how we do it. 😂😂😂 It's literally the same key of the first lyric of the song
Thiisss is how we do iittt... This is how we do it
Same reason why he was 5years ago .
20 illegal screens per quarter and incredible shooting
I think there's nothing surprising here. He's #2 player of all time right after the GOAT, MJ and he is arguably the most talented offensive player of all time (didn't watch Wilt, MJ was deadly inside but he never liked 3 pointers). So yeah, if he stays healthy he'll probably avarage 25+ even when he's 40 yo.
Hello
I swear, it feels like every team recruits a smaller guard who they force to have insane stamina just to hug him all game
look at curry man
SHEESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSHHH GUYSSSSSSSSSS
