The brothers of the Wolfpack film are able to thrive and succeed because of the courageousness and determination of their mother. Her love for them is the purest example of what it means to really be a mother. She is essentially the ideal mother; this is because she was able to raise kind, intelligent, confident, creative, stable, and loving people. With very little she moved mountains. They are a wonderful family and great contributors to the human race.
+Alicia Ginsburg The father left his country, culture, language, and traditions to follow the mother to her country, her culture, her language & her traditions. Housing projects, welfare, home-schooling vouchers, none of these social services exist in Peru. So, the father would be oblivious to their existence. The only one that would know how to apply for these programs would be the mom. The mom had more control of the situation than the movie let on!
Makunda seems highly intelligent .... Makunda is VERY well spoken and he appears at ease - especially considering his background. Really a shame their dad was so EXTREMELY controlling - and, in my opinion, mentally ill. Hope they all continue to do well
To all those judging the atmosphere here, please note it is a norwegian television show. Us (northern) Europeans aren‘t as expressive with our feelings, thats why I interpret their expressions as being overwhelmed as it is a pretty unheard-of story. I would never believe them to judge Mukunda here, if they judged someone then the father. I interpreted their faces more as one of shared disdain over this crazy situation.
Oh and well not all countries are as smiley as the american, we just don‘t like to fake smile when there is nothing to smile about. So please don‘t mistake the lack of false excitement for rudeness.
Makunda you are an amazing human. You and your brothers deserve so much praise. So well spoken and educated. You mom did an amazing job considering all you have been through ❤🙏
That young man is so delightful sitting there with those weird staring others in this show . boy they were so I dont know the faces they had were awful !!! I'm glad he ignored their disdain !!
For who has been emotional tortured & mistreated by their monstrousness father, since he has been painted in that way, a father who did not allowed them to have any contact with anyone from the outside world, they seem to have the best communication skills, even better than the finest & well educated people! Something tells me that the story hasn’t been told with the complete truth. I have watched their documentary & their interviews several times & found facts that makes me think that there is some deegre of exaggeration..... I feel very sorry for all of them, including both of their parents, because most of time, when parents do harmful things to their children, is with best intentions, not wanting to hurt them at all. One thing to learn from this story is to never have children if one of the two aren’t emotionality & financially stable. Or if their culture, customs & believes are going to negatively impact the life of my kids. Hopefully they have found understanding & forgiveness for their father as well. Forgiveness is a gift from God to freedom our own selves.
Mukunda is excellent at answering all these intruding and nosy, voyerostic questions.Find the reactions of the people in studio more disturbing because of their smug and disapproving looks and facial micro reactions. Particularly absurd is the reaction of the second man,the film maker so smug when Mukunda talks of how the survived on welfare and his mum's homeschooler payment.
+NeoGenesisNewDawn I still think the father is an extremely odd guy.I was so glad to see the boys break away from his grip. The mother heroic and an accomplice.A complex role.
I can see why Macunda took the best of Gus situation and that’s what hi e has focused on. He is definitely one of those bitter, entitled people you see on the street complaining that’s they had a traumatic childhood to become drug addicts. Macunda is simply a positive, creative, imaginative, talented, intelligent, kind person. What a lovely man!
I totally see what you're seeing. I was just the most disturbed by the facial expressions of that blonde lady. The attitudes of most of them anyway were kind of rude to me
There already is a comment on this somewhere here. But i have to say that your judement of the reactions and questions are probably wrong. The questions are just curiosity (heard we're more straight forward here), and the faces are normal.
You guys don't know shit about human body language. These interviewers are making these facial expressions because they feel sorry for him for what hes went through. When they smile there smirking because they find it funny and interesting at what he did for 14 years to entertain himself (not a sign of disrespect AT ALL)
I believe there was more than only psychological manipulation for the mother from the father... Answering the questions about violence..Mukunda explained very well the manipulation techniques of such persons....but also he hesitated at times and cast sideglances...body language signs of lying. I think the boys are covering up a little for their mothers sake. They love her so unconditionally, whatever happened...she did no fault
Funny, you say that. After seeing a couple of videos on them last night, for first time, I was about to go to sleep and was sure I would dream about them, their story was so impacting. I am a therapist and found there story fascinating and riveting. I was amazed at their confidence and beauty. I related to their escape and creativity, but on a minuscule level in comparison. Left me curious for more information. I wish them the greatest in blessings. Their mother is deeply beautiful as well.
Mukunda ben lock and isolated for 14 year away from freedom but well spoken intelligent more then all those people in the studio. Sorry im triggered hearing to the host when he talking the fk
Father made a" good"decision not letting them go out in NYC with high crimes and drugs. If they were free they would never be in that position today. The brothers looks good they are smart and calm. Staying away from crimes and problems is sometimes hard if you live in the projects. Schools in america is just a slavemind creator. Even Elon musk and other billionares have homeschool. Just look at the brothers networth for all people who thinks money is everything. I wish my father did the same to me. Today im working like a slave just because I could do whatever I wanted to. Doing crimes and selling drugs so I could buy things and gamble in casinos.
This interviewer is the worst I've ever seen, terrible, terrible.. So over stepping, and it's like he's mocking mukunda, as well as the other peoples facial expressions and the way they look at makunda.. Why are those people even there, disgusting.. Love you mukunda!
I was going to say that it seemed to me like everyone in there seemed drugged up or something. These people give off a strange vibe. I'm not quite sure why they are showing the people on the stage's faces so much. As if they are participating at all other than making faces.
Their mother did a fantastic job in the most difficult of conditions. She raised 6 fine young men. Kudos.
And one girl
@@JJ_Justice exactly. But yet it seems like nobody cares that she had a daughter
@@ItsMe-ic7on The daughter is special needs (Turners Syndrome). The brothers seem very protective of her. She is very verbally limited.
Can't get over how confident he is..despite being indoors for 14 years..well done Mukunda so happy for him.
Mukunda gives off such a positive energy
I couldn’t help but smile when Mukunda talks, he and his brothers and just adorable to me!!

They turned out better than most people I know who grew up with a lot of freedom
@@uyoebyik all thanks to an amazing mother!
These brothers blow my mind. That is all I can say. God bless their mother
Much love, Mukunda and all the Angulo family. You deserve to be happy.
All the best.
Beautiful Boys. Makunda is absolutely Gorgeousss!!! I'm so happy for them now!!
Love 💖 how humble he is even though the way they reacted on him 🤝🤜🏼
Meaning of Mukund in Sanskrit is freedom giver
Her body language towards him tho, that girl is melting 😂
Wow! I’m very impressed with his energy and view on his own life and the world.
I hope he never cuts his hair. He is beautiful.
He did
He's not a trans! if that makes any sense

Could it also be that they don't understand English besides the host
James Lopez II no I don‘t think so. Nordic people generally speak very well english.
They are genuinely interested and amazed at this intellegent young man and his story. Norwegians in general, speak english quite well.
he looks so native amirecan to me
Peruvian. very distinct facial features. my grandfather was Peruvian, it shows generations down the line.
Who cares what he looks like!! Really?
He is Native American, look at his dad.
His Dad is Native American, from South America. Peru to be correct.
My thoughts as well
Makunda you are an amazing human. You and your brothers deserve so much praise. So well spoken and educated. You mom did an amazing job considering all you have been through ❤🙏
When Skavlan is making money with this interview he should pay massive to Mukunda!
So proud of my native New Yorkers 💙💙💙💙💙💙 Wolfpack

Ever think they might be reacting to how psychotic his father was and what a loser his father was and how he treated his children ?
There already is a comment on this somewhere here. But i have to say that your judement of the reactions and questions are probably wrong. The questions are just curiosity (heard we're more straight forward here), and the faces are normal.
I love these kids they are amazing 😎
Mukunda is way too intelligent for this group.
So his mom gave birth 7 times without doctors or hospitals help wow 😳

Help me out here, I am drawing a blank. Who is the man at 2:03 ?
Jorn Donner
Glorifying the Mother's failure to protect these boys from the neglect and isolation. It was abusive and utterly awful.
How old are each of you?
what's with that younger woman in the interview ? she seems so rude making those faces
What interview channel is this. Irs foreign. Why us mukunda in a foreign tv show
This interviewer is the worst I've ever seen, terrible, terrible.. So over stepping, and it's like he's mocking mukunda, as well as the other peoples facial expressions and the way they look at makunda.. Why are those people even there, disgusting.. Love you mukunda!
Jessica KayLee Drums I agree! Especially the lady next to him. I feel like punching her lol

Very odd ..the Turpins ended up in prison for imprisoning their children .. this family go on to make movies and escape jail ..wonder why.
The Turpin's abused their children by starving them, making them live in filth and chaining them to the bed. Completely different abuse.
All those people sitting around him are giving the most horrible disgusting looks, this is awful.
Good thing is he doesn't care abt it
I didn’t see that at all.
Weirdos!!!!
This is a very strange show???. Those people give me the jibijibies!!!!! They remind me of the neighbors on Rosemarys baby 😱
Detestable, Skavlan, please find new people to fill those seats of yours.
So what was the dad's excuse, he had mental health issues?
All the judging you can see it on all their smug faces.

Cringe
