In this episode, we feature the new precons, Kotori, Pilot Prodigy (Buckle Up) and Chishiro, the Shattered Blade (Upgrades Unleashed). It's an upgraded precon battle against two older decks - Prossh, Skyraider of Kher and Breena, the Demagogue. How well do these new precons stack up against the older ones??

I've had a realization. Your crew does a great job of putting out gameplay videos consistently, and yet it feels so long between videos. I've realized it feels this way because your content is so good and very few other channel match up. So thank you and please put out 12 commander gameplay videos a week ;)

It DID occur to me that that last attack could have ended up with one survivor (or more) had I sacrificed everything I had before Inkshield resolved, but only after we surrendered. That's politics, right? Making you feel like you've lost when you actually haven't yet.

I have played against a lot of opponents that have looked up Breena online thinking she only trigger once. Not the easiest text.
Play Breena with lower cmc creatures. Get them out first, and draw two cards on the turn you play Breena.
Breena is my absolut favorit Commander ❤️
Seeing Toggo made me smile. I actually have a Toggo deck and it is based off of the Rock, I made sure to include as many cards that would represent all his catch phrases.

The Breena politics precon was fun to watch, I would love to make a commander deck like this with a different commander. Fun game, I can't believe how powerful the stadium is here!

It was really interesting to see how fast Chishiro could fire off. I feel like I may have underestimated the snake. Still, it would be interesting to see how the alternate commanders, Shorikai and Kaima, play out.

White/Black is my favorite color pair but I passed Breena because I didn't thought she was that good (And I am not crazy about birds but that's my issue) but the way you piloted it was brutal, great job!. Also I like how you have fun with the subtitles.
Combat politics just speaks to me for some reason 🙃 imo it's a really different take on traditional orzhov mechanics. Glad you enjoyed the subtitles hahahhaa

Would be cool to see a color break Game. My friends and I each have a deck that does something outside its usual theme. Like a jeskai Lands deck or Mono Red Plus Counters. Its realy fun cause u have to become realy creative with how to pull your Strategie off

While I love ishhin as a mardu attackharmonicon commander some days I wish I could take breena the demagourge and karazakar the eye tyrant,make them into am illegal commander pair,and then just throw ishhin in the 99,I feel like that would be a dope design plus I wouldn't have to scramble to get all 3 colors by turn 3,just food for thought
Agreed. Although I guess Breena and Karazikar combined would just be too powerful lol - they're already both so good on their own
Shorikai is a very good option for the U/W deck. offfers a ton of resilience and card draw

For the Strixhaven Stadium trigger, you have to remove all point counters. So if you killed Stuart with the Stadium, it would go to 0 counters and only one creature attacked Matthew. It shouldn't have triggered again or am I missing something?
Well, apparently not. Each point of combat damage adds a point counter onto the stadium, one at a time. When it hits 10, you can then remove all 10 to make any of the players that were dealt combat damage lose the game. Then if there are more counters to be added, it adds those counters after the first 10 were removed.

Breena is sneaky the best Orzhov commander because she draws so much and offers an alternative wincon all by herself.

When you activated sliverquills ability, I didn't notice you giving your opponent an option. I'm not sure if this was a misplay or you cut it because the choice didn't matter in the end. I love you guys videos btw, I just start watching recently, and I have enjoyed every video I have seen so far. You guys seem like a fun play group
Esmond let Matthew draw a card and lose a life, then chose to give all his own creatures a +1/+1 counter. It looked fine to me.

The chisiro deck is super strong if played right. Dude should have play grumgully before playing his commander so he starts off with a 1/1 counter.
