Thank you so much for this! I thought I was cleaning my filter properly but it seems I wasn't. After watching you here, I used a gentle bristle very small jewellery cleaning brush & then took the filter to the tap. Gently washed & dried it, then clipped it back onto my airwrap. Gently dry cleaned the mesh it covers prior with the jewellery brush & voila! My Airwrap is now working perfectly again. It wasn't working at all before I watched this video. Thank you so much. ❤😊
Mine stopped working but since it didn’t come with the little brush I contacted them and they told me that a toothbrush was just fine. I tried and it worked!
Hiii so my air wrap stopped working because it was so full of stuff. Dont get it wet because it makes the fibers clump together. Instead used canned air. I regret getting mine wet. I had to use a tooth pick and clear out each whole since i did this
Hiiii! 👋 was this when you removed the filter and wet it? I usually remove the filter, clean it with a brush, run the filter through water, and let it air dry for 24hrs til it’s completely dry before putting it back on. I only clean it that way because I watched dysons video on how to clean the filter. I’ve had my Dyson for almost 3 years and never had issues. Never thought about trying canned air.
I have a problem… I didn’t clean it frequently, and the red light appeared and now it doesn’t work more than 5 seconds. I cleaned it very well, but still… What if the filter is clean but the airwrap still stops from working and the red light appears?
Make sure you clean the filter according to your instructions and then sometimes you have to wait a while because when it gets too hot, it will temporarily stop to protect you

Oh no! I would contact Dyson customer service, it has warranty!
