During 90,s this train used to run from Chennai to dadar Dep . Morning 6.50. Have traveled in this train many times . All old memories refreshed..
Dr. Naveen Kumar, very nice coverage. When I was Mumbai, that time this line not electrified and Diesal loco pull all three trains in our Chennai Section. Now it is lot of improvements. Rajadhani Express to be considered this route.

Good to see that Chennai Mumbai route was improved to 130 kmph section. Few years back this section was far behind the other important routes in India. Now improved a lot.

Last month when I travelled from Pune to Chennai by Mumbai CST Chennai same was the case. No much crowd. It was 45 minutes late when the train arrived at pune and due to slack time reached Chennai before time and most of the passengers alighted at Renigunta. It was a rake sharing coaches with Mumbai Amritsar route.

Kumar brother next time come to Dombivli third station in local electric train route. We can meet. Many times i have travelled in Mumbai Chennai route.. as some body told the distance between Mas to VT reduced drastically. In SL class in Andhra section many short distance passengers travel and inconvenience us. But in AC class they wil not come. those days for water we used to go to water taps ..now railneer comes to compartment.
