Your videos are very well done, always a pleasure to watch. Thank you.
Stefan, I am in Thiers this minute and today I bought this very model (Boxwood) from the Chambriards themselves. I also bought some beautiful steak knives with the various wood names engraved onto the tang. Lastly, a beautiful mid-sized carving knife in Juniper wood. I mentioned that I watch your videos and they told me they do as well. Regards Jeff.
Moin Stefan!
Jetzt habe ich Appetit auf ein Käsebrot bekommen! 😉
Wie immer eine künstlerisch wertvolle Vorstellung.
LG Claus
Your videos are always amazing. The light, the sets, the music, everything is spot on!
Excellent work. It's a pleasure to watch every time.
That's a lovely interpretation of a Le Thiers knife... and a delightful video, as always :-)
Great review
I finally have one heading my way from a store in Germany, a friend offered to get it for me as I don't do much on line purchase wise, but looking forward to this one, it will have Juniper scales.
Thanks for all your videos, always well thought out and beautifully rendered on video
Great to see you back!
Yum, snack time!
Thank you for another great video Stefan.
Once again Stefan I have to thank you for your superlative reviews. This time it was the Thier Mi-Jo folder...which I ordered immediately to add to my collection of Chambriard knives. Even though your reviews cause me to spend more money, nobody has ever parted with it as happily as I! Needless to say it was another super review. Couteaux Berthier will send it on its way soon! Merci beaucoup mon ami!
Thank you for your very kind words! I'm sure you will enjoy the Mi-Jo. - Maybe you shouldn't watch my lastest video though. I don't want you to spend more money. ;-)
@@StefanSchmalhaus LOL! I can't resist your reviews Stefan! They are excellent...an understatement! I am 84 my friend so I will continue collecting French knives until I can't anymore!
Elegant, as always!
Very beautiful
Chambriard certainly produces a fine knife, with the Le Mi-Jo being a great addition. Based on your videos over the last several years, I added many wonderful French knives to my collection. The Le Compagnon with Juniper covers was the first :) Thank you for your excellent videos!
That knife is a true objet d'art, but I could never tell anyone its name in Portugal (it means "piss")
great review, beautiful knife! Glad to see a new video
Moin Stefan :-)
Keep up the great work!
Peace
Stephan
Stefan, your videos always make me hungry! :)
A fine addition to the family
Great review, very artistic. Thanks :)
I will be in Thiers by the middle of this month. I could not visit France without exploring the cutlery capital.
Another great review that will have be going to their site.
The French language is awesome!
I love it when you cut the saucisson and other things
Thank you! I guess this has become a signature feature of my videos.
Your videos make me hungry ;)
👍🏻
Beautiful knife (I love Chambriard, their knives are so elegant and polished compared to other Le Thiers knives) nice review.
Typo in "Bruyère" ;-) which is "heather" in english.
Does this model have a stop pin to prevent blade from hitting back spring when closed?
What is the song playing at the intro?
The only thing missing from these videos is the "for your consideration" overlay from the Academy.
"Summer Rain" by Ocean Jams
I'm subscribed to Epidemic Sound for music.
Hallo!
Stephan, what is the word in French for the beautiful, decorative work on the spine of the knife? Thank you.
Lovely. Le compagnon is my favourite folder. Quality item in both build and handling. I like that we have a smaller folder with a lockback in the mi-jo.
