Thus far in our testing we have had great luck with the 3m VHB tape. We do recommend replacing the adhesive every six months at a minimum. Of course any other safety measures and peace of mind never hurt. Additionally the mounts can be bolted to an inspection plate for a more permanent placement. As you know, this may require a minor A&P sign off and we can even supply the form at no charge.
It looks amazing! Great work, guys! Though I would have a safety cord around that wing strut (don't trust those stick-on mountings).
