Could not agree more about the arch lol. You see some of these people pressing the bar literally 2-3 inches. At that point its not a test of strength, its a test of flexibility.

Two more weeks until I finish your program for intermediates. I inverted the sets and reps (4X3 rather than 3X4 and using RPE rather than percentage) and use a top single (@RPE9) rather than the amrap in the intensity block. So far I like it a lot, recovery has been pretty good by the time the strength day comes around again. I'm doing Pendlay rows on the two accessory days, glad I chose them. I believe they are adding needed stability to my BP. I have been enjoying your content and advice so thanks a lot.

I have an odd question not connected to this. If someone sits for 8hours and before workout does activation drills for glutes, low trap(bassicaly activates the muscle) will it be the same as if he wasn't sitting for 8 hours.
