I was able to perform 20 rakat of Ramadan prayer at mosque but too lazy at home! When I walk to mosque I feel good, I have observed My health got better and I felt well and I prayed well. I don't pray all at mosque but whenever I can. Mostly 1 or 2. I feel my iman gets better when I pray at least once a day at a mosque. Now, we pray in separate and mike. Not open courtyard anymore.

Alhamdulillah. Where are you from? In my country, women don't go to mosque and today my mother was telling me that we are not allowed. I told her we are allowed, but not sure if she believed me! She was telling nowhere on earth women pray in the mosque. I think in some countries it is permitted. I wish I could go to the mosque.

@@sk-7523 Women are allowed to pray at mosque but recommended to pray at home. No one can say no to a woman if she wants to pray at mosque said by our beloved prophet s.w. What do you think women will do when prayer times and she's outside? We must pray on time. Of course women are allowed to pray at mosque. Saudi Arabia has all mosque separate from men for women.

    Question:
I saw videos in CZcams where speakers like Dr.Zaik Naik and others are of the opinion that women should do I’tikaf in Masjid. They quote the verse of surah baqra. Only hanafi Madhab allows women to have I’tikaf in home. Kindly clarify with detailed explanation.

    Answer:
In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
    As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
Women should not perform I’tikaaf in the Masjid. [i] [ii] This should not be difficult to understand.
The five daily Salah is Fardh. Rasulullah ﷺ advised women to perform their Salah in the inner most portion of her house. See the following Hadith:
Translation: It is better for a woman to pray in her house than in her courtyard, and it is better for her to pray in her private chamber than in her house. (Sunan Abu Dawood: 570)

I’tikaaf is Sunnah only in Ramadhan. When Rasulullah ﷺ advised women to perform their Salah in the inner most portion of her house, what can be said of I’tikaaf which is not Fardh, rather a sunnah and that too in Ramadhan?
Furthermore, consider the following negative expression of Rasulullah in women making I’tikaaf in the Masjid of Rasulullah ﷺ in his time:
Translation: Aisha Radiyallahu Anha narrates that Nabi ﷺ used to perform I`tikaf in the last ten days of Ramadan and I used to pitch a tent for him, and after offering Fajar Salah, he used to enter the tent.” So, Hafsa asked the permission of `Aisha to pitch a tent for her and she allowed her and she pitched her tent. When Zainab bint Jahsh saw this, she pitched another tent. In the morning Nabi ﷺ noticed the tents. He said, ‘What is this?” He was told of the whole situation. Then Nabi ﷺ said, “Did they intend righteousness by doing this?” He therefore abandoned the I`tikaf in that month and performed I`tikaf for ten days in the month of Shawwal.” (Sahih Al-Bukhari: 2033)[iii]
