I had Hibsicus Mahajad for exactly one week before I sold it 😅 - only because I tested it next to Armaf Club de Nuit Imperiale… identical and Armaf’s version lasted longer. And 1/4 of the price. I understand some people don’t like to buy the cheaper ‘dupes’ but honestly the Armaf one surpassed all expectations. Also instead of spending hundreds on Erba Pura: Al Harmain Amber oud Gold is 99.9 % clone . When there’s such good Arab brands offering the same or better quality- why not save the penny ☺️?

I love Erba Pura but it is a fruit musky bomb. I also have Tiziana Terenzi Kirke and Kajal Dehab so clearly I have a type lol. I would say Dehab is the best if you like a fruit bomb without the screech.
I totally agree w you that the more you watch reviews, the bigger gets the wish list. This is why I "cleaned up" my list of reviewers and now I praise myself for not buying a perfume 😂 Also, Hayley, I appreciate when the same perfume circulates in your different videos. This tells me that it stood the test of time and checks the boxes for more than one category. I appreciate your sincere reviews. Erba Pura is too aggressive for me as well.
True,it's not healthy anymore,I spend thousands more than 8000 us dollars for only perfumes in not even a year.. I'm not regretting it and it's not a debt but it just doesn't feel right .before I only have 25 designer's,in 8 months I have almost 80 niches..I still have so much in my wish list,it never ends
@@nataliawibawati3063 Wow 80 niche in 8 months... The trick is to properly sample before you buy and only buy it if you really love it and it's a 10/10. I fell like There is no way you truly love every single one of those 80 fragrances and wear them on a regular basis. I watch a lot of reviewers too and they make me want so many fragrances, but I just buy samples and try not to let their opinion affect if i buy a full bottle or not. I also recommend selling the ones you don't love anymore and haven't worn in a long time! 🙂
Hahaha... Erba Pura is my signature scent 😂 I just love it so much. Maybe you'd enjoy TT Kirke or Dahab by Kajal better as I find them almost identical to EP but with slight nuance. Although TT and Kajal are both houses that have super projection and sillage so maybe not for you LOL

I think Guidance is interesting but weird. I’ve sprayed it 3 times and while I admire that it is unique I think it’s limited in terms of time frame (like it’s a Spring only fragrance for me). Not worth the price point at this point.
Now this British weather is finally warming up, I am craving a decent aquatic niche fragrance! Would love it if you reviewed some aquatic/sea salt scents 🌊🤗 The only one that comes to mind is ‘Atlante’ by Sarah Baker..great fragrance!

I feel you on Erba Pura and also Purple Accento from them too. Mango skin was my first blind buy ever, and I love to use it for layering. I also have Sunset hour and it’s the perfect light summer fruity fragrance! I tried Peregrina several times in the winter, and I kept telling myself to return in spring. I smelled it again yesterday, and headed straight to the shop ✨

I agree with you on Erba Pura. Honestly, I think people just get it for the compliments. It is so loud and obnoxious. People compare it to God of Fire sometimes, but Erba smells like a toilet freshener compared to GoF. I have Peregrina on my wishlist, but I am on a no buy right now. I hear you about the ever growing collection. I have around a 100 bottles now, but I see it going towards 200. I am very strict, though, and that is why I wouldn't buy Sunset Hour. Because it's like you said: it's a fun fragrance. But that's all it is, and I just want perfumes that are an absolute love. Yes to a video dedicated to mango! Isn't Mango Skin too green?
Hibiscus mahajad is in a league of its own. It’s literally peach rose and sweet wood/smoke. BEAST OF ALL BEAST MODES. Then u have its cousin Amouage guidance…..smh just buy one for Xmas if u live for compliments 🤷🏽♀️
I thought that erba pura gave out an overripe fruit smell on my skin if I smell it up close but the scent bubble hits a little different as it’s a bit musky and fruity and my 7 year old son told me the smell is wonderful! It seems boys and men love jt! 😅

If I were you I would get thee to Selfridges and smell the new Maison Crivelli. It’s also in the Extrait version. I’m saving up coin for it in lieu of Habiscus. Iris Malikhan is in my top 10 for life. Not Extrait but gorgeous and strong.

Erba Pura Musk is out of this world the scratchiest experience I've ever had. As much as I love the opening, the dry down... NO. And God help you if it gets on any clothes.

I have got a 2ml sample of Guidance. Sprayed on my wrist, but didn't smell anything, Sprayed all over my chest, then my clothes. it's a very very, very light scent. I was very confused. Did I get a bad sample? Isn't it should be a strong scent? Edit: it's a soft scent and, at the same time very powerful, not what I expected at all. I had to have a bottle right away.
Yes, it’s really strong. I feel like most reviews I have seen have all experienced the same so that is a little odd. We do all experience fragrances differently though.
You most likely got a bad sample. Guidance is very strong. This is coming from someone who has Jungle Elephant by Kenzo, Aromatic Elixir from Clinique and old formulation Alien. 😅
Does anyone have both Layali Rouge and Hibiscus Mahajad that can compare the two of them? I purchased Layali Rouge as a blind buy, falling to the siren song of the bottle and the notes but I can't get around to liking it. I'm so sad because I keep trying to give it a shot but I keep getting something soapy, I get an instant scent memory of the Pomegranate & Rose Dawn Dish Soap. Is it the hibiscus, or a one-off I experienced?
I have both Hibiscus Mahajad and Guidance and love them both. I think Quentin Bisch creates some masterpieces.

It is, but I love Guidance. It's good for now, but for the fall I think Guidance is going to really shine.
I recently sampled Erbu Pura at Harrods and couldn’t agree more. I set my bottle back down quickly.

Peregrina is gorgeous. I have a full bottle. Twisted Lily had an event and the minute it hit my skin I knew.

I don’t notice pink pepper at all. On me it dries down to a sweet and unassuming skin scent. I love the opening. Weird how our noses are so unique. 😊
