Middle grade is one of my favorite genres! Some of my favorites: Chasing Redbird by Sharon Creech, and Zin Migon by Michael Daswick, there is three books to the series! (I have only read one, of the Zin Mingon books, but I loved it so much!) Inkheart Trilogy by Cornelia Funke

i don't know how much you enjoy reading novels told in poetry but my very first book read this year was "other words for home" by jasmine warga. it is middle grade and it's honestly perfection.. it's such an important story and it's so well written as well. i loved it so much, gave it 5 stars!

I loved this reading vlog so much!! Your reaction to the final of Yuri on Ice is totally fine, I cried a lot too. Jujutsu Kaisen is an incredible anime, I finished it last week and oh my boys!!! I really recommend the promised neverland, even though the second season is meh bc they changed a lot from the Manga. And Horimiya is a lovely anime, so funny, so romantic, so friendship

@@throneofpages its honestly been there for me more than my own parents tbh. you should read absolute boyfriend its shorter but the art is great and its a cute little romance. they just made a kdrama out of it a year ago even though it came out in 08 i think. and a j drama before that. i would be happy if you loved it :)

if you liked yuri on ice, i highly highly recommend sk8 the infinity!! it was an emotional rollercoaster (for me), but oh boy was it worth it. i feel like you would really love that as well. the last episode comes out this saturday, but it definitely became one of my comfort animes, will rewatch for sure

You should watch One Piece. It definitely has a found family trope. Don't let yourself be intimidated by the size of the anime. You can watch it by arcs between other anime or kdramas.
