Hi harkirat....I am a Bcom student turned into full stack web developer...I am currently working in a small scale company at 3 LPA. I learn so much...I did multiple projects, I have mire than 2 years of professional experience but still not getting calls from HRs ....I applied to more than 200 companies but didn't even get a call 😢😢😢 I don't understand what's the reason.....is it because I am not from BTech background? Or is it because my resume is not well formatted?
