Yeah it sucks, but coffee and energy drinks are what makes the world go round. People that work long shifts and get up early in the morning or have to work all night long need something that will get them through. The problem is too much of caffeinated drinks and you'll become addicted.

I used to drink a lot of coffee when I was in Japan for energy because it was so easy to get canned coffee and cheap. Here I’ve resorted to Energy Drinks because coffee that is cheap and readily accessible is unbelievably terrible and good coffee is unbelievably expensive. I wish we had canned coffee here because that double expresso in the tiny can really helped get me going and it was everywhere and it’s just a quick sip.
Guru energy drink are tasty and mostly low sugar options. You can understand every ingredient on the label, and as a bonus it's all organic varieties of the ingredients. Uses stevia sweetener but makes it actually taste good. Pretty acidic so watch your teeth and stomach but for me it's the cleanest energy drink on the market.

it’s not the best source of hydration, electrolytes are lacking. gatorlite or hydration salts might be better, look elsewhere

Excellent advice. I think most people who drink energy drinks will have issue drinking cold brew because it doesn’t have that sweet taste they are used to.

I used to drink a lot of coffee when I was in Japan for energy because it was so easy to get canned coffee and cheap. Here I’ve resorted to Energy Drinks because coffee that is cheap and readily accessible is unbelievably terrible and good coffee is unbelievably expensive. I wish we had canned coffee here because that double expresso in the tiny can really helped get me going and it was everywhere and it’s just a quick sip.
Coffee gives me a little energy but at most it just pushes me to get it done bare minimum. C4 gives me the energy needed to conquer the world.

Guru energy drink are tasty and mostly low sugar options. You can understand every ingredient on the label, and as a bonus it's all organic varieties of the ingredients. Uses stevia sweetener but makes it actually taste good. Pretty acidic so watch your teeth and stomach but for me it's the cleanest energy drink on the market.
Also citric acid from lemons and other natural fruits are different than man made from corn etc.
You seem like a cool person and I’m not trying to hate, but you didn’t recommend any actual energy drinks. Some people who drink energy drinks do it because they dislike the taste of coffee, and energy drinks can have some helpful ingredients that coffee doesn’t.

I drink sparkling ice caffeine drinks. The reason why I stopped drinking cofeee is because no matter how much I brushed my teeth, I was seen signs of my teeth yellowing
