Suggestion 1: You Should Maybe Assign some members to patrol on the Wall's on each corner
Suggestion 2: Maybe if You can maybe Have A Two Groups of 2 or 3 Patrolling The whole Island To detour unwanted Guest's
You should probably have a tank in the outer section between the inner and outer walls and then have a wire fence surrounding the shore of the mountains.
I suggest making small checkpoints on the bridges leading to the island and maybe a wall around the water/island with naval defenses.
You can try making a uniform system for your faction

Enjoyable episodes I must say. Also a suggestion. Why not assort dominance and allow other bandits who are running from law or just bad overall as your allies with given protection and a House on the rims of the Main Area,make a small bandit City lmao

If there are more vehicles with guns, you can build some barricades around then for some more protection! And maybe you can position some watch towers and a landing strip?

Day 1 of asking What if you edited it less and made the videos longer? Like 20-30 mins long? I know it may be hard to do but I believe in you.
+You should make walls around your island and make like a small border patrol on the bridges that connect your island with the outside and have have atleast 1 person that will monitor who enters and leaves the island.

Another idea: make your uniforms gas masks, and white ghille or somthing like that, just s'more uniformity would be intimidating but cool

Mr fudgesicle I would heavily suggest vehicle ramparts leading up to the top of the walls so you can put stuff on top of the walls and transport stuff to and from them using smaller vehicles oh also a garage oh ps: 100% you should get some explosives n go car bomb someone just for fun :D
