Shrimp Salad Ingredients
1.5 lbs. Large Shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
Zest of a lemon
Lemon juice from 1 half
1 stalk Celery, diced small
2 tsp fresh Dill
1/4 cup Red Onion, diced small
Salt and Pepper to taste

Made this salad this past weekend. It was amazing. I recommend making the salad and let the shrimp sit for an hour so the favors settle in. I'll be making this over and over. Very easy.

I love watching your cooking demonstrations! I agree that getting your flavors right for your dressing is #1! I typically coarsely chop my shrimp into big chunks...I find that the dressing adheres better that way.

Definitely an old Southern favorite!!! My dad used to mince the shrimp and sometimes he left them whole. He also marinated and boiled the shrimp. I’d love to try your method. Looks fabulous ✊🏾

Hey AB, when I make an seafood salads, I like to serve them with fresh bakery Croissants, and shredded lettuce, thinly sliced tomatoes cut in half moons, and thinly sliced cucumber. Naked a really nice presentation for a summer brunch! Keep the delish recipes coming!

This is a good pescaterian appetizer. I made a Jamaican Jerk shrimp salad for the 4th. I rough chopped my shrimp, added my veggies and dressing and served it with bread and crackers.
