I need your support to troubleshoot 1734-IE8C Allen Bradley analogue input card. Problem: Our system was working very well more than 6months but we faced backup supply problem. To troubleshoot the Backup Supply we turned ON and OFF our Panel many times after that our one input analogue card(Module4) not responded other working good, but modul4 showing solid red indication on all 8 channels. Field devices and wiring: 1. All fields devices are ok and supplying 4-20mAmps. 2. Terminal blocks are ok not fused/blown. 3. Shifted faulty card belonging fields signal to the next module and they are working good on the next module.
@@1919sandeep Thanks for your reply. I’ve 13 Devices connected with 485 to Ethernet converter. I want to read all devices data in CompactLogix. Please help me understand that how we can get the individual devices data in PLC. In Kepserver Modbus driver, the RTU device reference we enter the configuration is .Device ID e.g (.1). Please guide me the configuration in Logic Controller. Thanks in advance.

Please go to the property of your module and see what fault means otherwise I would refer to the manual of 1734-IE8C

How to Run Modbus RTU via TCP in Logix controller?
It will be the same. All you will need is Serial or RS485 to ethernet convertor.

@@yariprince In that case you will use same AOI 13 times and can pull data from individual node address on different different time.
