If you ever paint, try to open the windows and doors and place a fan while painting, also. Choose a Low VOC paint. Paints high in VOC can damage the lungs

Congratulations Martin! Good luck to your new bussiness👍Its a big adjustment but it compensate the happiness specially once you see your baby after delivery. Having a family is challenging but we learned a lot from it as what they say experienced is your big teacher. Thats one thing good dont forget to give time to yourself & Avi too. I feel you. I stay near Manila for 13 years (Expat from Europe), was creating couple of e-commerce start ups for the european market and got 3 times daddy. It's still hard to manage my time every day.

I like your house and your car in New Manila. My Aunt and Uncle have lived a long time ago in Manila. Now my cousin has a business there, around 20 Condomunium rooms. So happy to see you both and Ave. Take good care of yourself Martin if you have many driving works and improving your new house in Manila. Its good Ave is inclined into painting, cooking and baking. Ave should only stay at home and shld eat outside too!
