- This is the first video on the 2024 CQWW WPX SSB Contest. It's considered by many to be one of the biggest global HF contest so it deserves coverage on social media and like I said this is thr first covering it for this year.
This video will cover what I call "Mobile Contesting" and not many cover this type of Contesting on Social media.
So join me for a look at those on thr GO as I hear all the time "I don't have time for the contest" and I understand that so with that in mind we are all commuting more every year so let's utilize some of that time for on Air Activities.

6.1 swr? finals will get cooked fast
I’ll report if it does but I’ve had the radio for a couple of years with that antenna. Videography to back it up. My theory is if you make the qso it’s radiating. People sometimes get hung up on a number . I’ll report if it cooks tho. Thanks for the comment and watching 73.
The radio throttles output power as swr goes up. I rather suspect your output power is much reduced.
