All American: Homecoming 1x08 "Just A Friend" Season 1 Episode 8 - EVOLVING RELATIONSHIPS - When Damon (Peyton Alex Smith) goes home for a quick trip to get answers from his father about his adoption, Simone (Geffri Maya) drops everything to be his support system. Thea (Camille Hyde) and Nathaniel (guest star Rhoyle Ivy King) immerse themselves in sorority life by helping with the gala, but they discover sorority politics are no joke. JR (Sylvestor Powell) knows what he wants now and is ready to fight for it and Keisha (Netta Walker) helps push Cam (Mitchell Edwards) out of his comfort zone. Meanwhile, Amara (Kelly Jenrette) fights for her job as a video of her criticizing Bringston surfaces. Dawn Wilkinson directed the episode written by Megan McNamara (108).

The fact that people are encouraging Simone to cheat on Jordan is scary
Not have her cheat, but I do think her and Jordan should break up. That storyline should end. The writers seem to be setting up Jordan & layla. So they need to end the storyline and go with what they want to do for each show.

I think it's the chemistry with Simone and Damon. I never felt a high level of this with her and Jordan if we're being honest. Jordan had a bigger crush on Simone and I don't think it was mutual in the beginning. Simone eventually came around, she was dealing with alot when they met. Laylah is definitely feeling Jordan but hasn't made her move

I don't like the idea of people encouraging the Simone and Damon endgame because Simone is with Jordan and they have been through a lot together and they love each other but it's the distance that is making it difficult but that's the p most important thing. If they can still stay faithful and together although their relationship is long distance they can whether anything,can't crush, any argument. And they've been through a lot together already the hardest thing they are faced with now is long distance and I wish it works out for Simone and Jordan and they don't break up. For once I want a couple in a long distance relationship to be together and not split up.
