It is a fainting attack, will be considered as first single attack, so no driving for 6 months and he has to inform the DVLA. So why are the examiners seem to be confused and want to confuse us about it ?!

It's because they have to decide the bare minimum re satisfactory, as there will be non-UK candidates.
