Hi, I've been considering the fives for a family trip. I saw on facebook a group of people with really negative things to say about it. things about poor food sanitation, flooding in the rooms, no hot water. can you comment on any of these statements from other guests ?
Can’t believe anybody would want to stay in this hotel. We actually walked by it last week when we were walking 5th ave and took a look. Nothing about staying in the city of Playa Del Carmen on valuable vacation time even sounds remotely good. We stayed at the Valentin and took a 20 minute cab into town for a visit. Much better experience for sure.
The rooftop looks fun, cool room overall!!!
I was In villa 6 I miss it sm 😢
We actually got our daughter a single bed as our sofa bed felt like tin foil. We were in villa 814-1

I can’t speak to the issues others had. We had a nice time. You can watch the daily vlogs to see our full experience.
If you get the two bedroom penthouse, does that mean there are strangers in the 3rd bedroom sharing the rooftop?
No one has access to your rooftop but you.

Wrong hotel. This is the Beach resort.
