I used to work at that Boondocks, those people blew it way out of proportion, see when a kid drops a helium balloon it flutes to the roof right? Well, when the helium dies out if falls back down super slow and it stopped because the string was just enough of a contrary force to hold the balloon back up so it stays in place. As for the lights, the cameras night vision sweeps the camera feed because that what's happens when the lobby lights turn off and the night vision turn on, it kind of gives a sweeping effects. As for the rumor that its haunted I can guarantee you, its not. In fact that is not even a thing the workers there claim lol.

I actually did this to a group of kids (I say "kids" but we were around the same age at the time lol, maybe a year or two younger) at an abandoned house near where I used to live hahaha. I'd go there at night to chill with my friends, but this group decided to go "ghost hunting". My friends went to go hide and as the kids came into the house we started to throw random shit, make noises, the works. Finally when we wanted to be alone, I screamed at the top of my lungs, "This is MY house!" and they ran screaming xD I kind felt bad, but it was too good of an oppertunity.

With the security cameras you need to verify if the recordings are on tape. Because one thing that can cause apparitions is recording over the same tape many times. Portions of the tape sometimes retains data and because the cameras are locked off it can appear as if the apparition is inteligently following a path, or going through a wall if the camera was moved.
