Per the instructions, "The TipTop Pillow (if included with your model) should be rinsed/saturated and inserted into the Wipes Warmer's lid each time a new stack of wipes is added to your Warmer."
Hey I also couldn’t figure it out however Rodriguez is right it goes on the bottom part of the lid. It creates a cover to avoid the wipe in the pull through from drying. If this isn’t there you will always have the first wipe dry and have to dispose it

lovelylilmama maybe you should return it for a new one. It sounds like you may have a defective one. My wipes are always warm. The other possibility is try a different outlet maybe the one it’s plugged into isn’t working properly? Good luck!
Thanks for the help. Unfortunately it did not come with any directions so this was helpful.
Thanks for this video! Very helpful only video about this specific warmer I could find on CZcams.

Is there a light that is supposed to go on when plugged in? I can’t tell if mine is actually working
There is on some models.
Are u supposed to moisten the top round disc pad, that goes in the cover piece as well,or leave it dry?
I have this same question

How log does it take to warm the wipes?
Mine has been turn on for about an hour and wipes don’t seem to get warm
13agonia not too too long. They should be warm after an hour. Did you turn the button on the back into the on position?
Thank u
do I really need the reservoir?
Hi what wipes can you use with this wipe warmer? Is says water wipes are not recommend?
Water wipes can be used but they won't come out in tandem
Mine came with a little circle pillow as well. What is that for?
The circle pillow I believe go inside the top that is the part that touch The wipe ready to use.
Do you mean where the opening where the wipes are pulled out?
Did you find an answer about what to use that little circle pillow for???
She forgot to tell us about it 😭
