Hello I have been watching your CZcams and I enjoy it I came across a 1992d quarter that has raised marks on both sides of the coin and I looked it up and it said that it's a blister and or a gas pocket if you can take a look at it I will sended pictures

I live in the area and I have visited the shop once. They looked busy that day, but were very helpful, especially Harry and Richard.
@@lamarravery4094, I finally decided they must have the store closed while filming -- since no one ever comes in. I'd had the impression it was a very slow store and was curious about all of the employees. The coin shop in my area is so busy one can't have a private conversation. Harry's shop looks nice. It's cleaned up and there is some room to move about.

Love Richards boat/truck comparison. My first blue fish that I caught deep sea fishing only cost me $260. Purchased a heavy ugly stick rod , heavy duty reel, spare spools, tackle & boat fee.Paid the mate to fillet the one & only fish and after cooking it did not like the taste if it. Buying my grandkids 1 ounce silver bars & cash again for Christmas. Giving my grandson who lives Legos a few silver Lego looking building blocks. Nice seeing these three extremely knowledgeable guys sitting down and while chilling out give out great information. Was thinking of purchasing a 1/10 ounce gold piece when the grandkids graduate high school and save up to buy each of them an ounce gold piece when they graduate college.

i find that fishing crack .. a bit offensive .. you do not need a boat its nice to have or a truck you can use a bike and fish off land for $20 on gear .. and only need a card if you wanna stay legal and depending what you get you can get like $80 worth of salmon

I saw some Barber dimes in the shop when I came in last week. There were about 6 of them and they were slicked, so I stuck with the Mercs.
I bought a sealed tube of Maple Leafs years ago. Recently, I opened up the tube and there were many with milk spots. I was so disappointed. I'll never buy Maple Leafs again. Have not had milk spotting problems with Eagles.

A lot of coin guys are total nerdy snob elitist deütchbags. These guys are super cool and WAY easier to listen to than the normal coin enthusiast.

I'm with Richard and Harry -- tubes are nicer than bags for 90% silver. And Harry called it -- the Susan B, Anthony coin is unattractive. Also, i liked Richard's metaphor about some billionaire buying all the Honda Civics in the world to corner the market -- very clever. He also nailed it on the way that dealers use flexible or variable premiums to even out quickly rising and falling spot prices. Finally: "There ain't no milk spot on a Morgan or a Mercury dime -- that's why we like 'em, 'cause they've stood the test of time."
But some old silver coins are worn out through circulation.

If you ever get into the giveaway program again it would be nice if you stated the current date so we know if we are commenting on the same time, or not.
The problem with photograding comes in when a coin is cleaned in a way that cannot be determined by the guy who owns it. You have a nice coin that seems to be rare and you send it in for grading. It comes back cleaned. Now what's it worth? Good luck with that!

Do you consider elemental silver crystals such as that grown in a silver cell the same as silver shot? Silver crystals will only grow in a more or less pure state, at least 999.

Hi everyone
Another thing I avoid would be bars and rounds. They are not worth the trouble and unless somebody you are trading with has a sigma tester good luck moving them for cash when others will have 90% silver coins. Coins can be faked but 90% is pretty easy to trade with and you don't need a sigma tester for it.

Well. I visited the shop. Richard was great and i purchased some gold from him. I wasn't a fan of Harry. He wasn't busy and he walked by 3 separate times when I attempted to speak to him and I was ignored. Oh well, I tried.
I've always been treated very well by him. I prefer to work with him when I'm there. He was probably just trying to not bother you and Richard.

Are old foreign silver coins weighing 10~13G and containing 80% silver(16 dollars a piece) suitable for hoarding as junk silver?
, the general purpose of hoarding junk silver is to cope with future changes such as hyperinflation.
Let those old silver coins return to their currency function? Or melt them and purify them into new currency coins?
If in order to melt and purify, why not stockpile pure industrial silver bars to reduce costs?

Mainly because silver coins from geographically nearby countries are more popular, and the only old silver coins that are commonly available are those with 80% silver content.

10 years ago I bought and sold Libertads. I never had anybody willing to pay me premium prices for them. I would not recommend them as foreign currency can be subject to confiscation by the government.
