The difference from the previous video is abysmal. They even advanced with the size of the level. Excellent work.
I joint as a modeller and animator in the meantime. Not everything I've worked on is shown in the video yet, though, so prepare to see more in the future.

@@SegaSonicSaturn Can you fix the "Isometric" Camera so that it's a proper diagonal view like the 2D maps? I recall the corners being horizontal and vertical.
I love this remake! I actually wanted to do something like this (for learning purposes) myself, and I found this by looking up videos of a remaster for reference. (I have no coding or game engineering experience, but do have modeling, texturing, and music experience). What's a tip for getting started? (Besides finding something easier for starters)

Looks pretty cool, but I think bushes need a new model instead of uv sphere with cones use proportional editing to extend the spike from the sphere or just use a deform texture. By the way I'm still working on animation, I had to make more models because I had some new ideas.
I cannot wait for this to be completed. I'm so stoked.

Great idea, but how did you get the assets - are they remade by hand by looking at originals for reference, or did you manage to get your hands on the actual 3D models used for rendering for the game?? Because some bits almost look too close to real to be true :O
You've probably noticed it yourself, but using the springs seems a little too snappy. Should be adjusted a tad.
