- I purchased this in February, 2022 so it’s been over 2 years.
It’s still available at RC4wd.com for $2,700 plus tax and shipping, and to the US, there’s a custom’s import fee around 50.
All in is right around $3,400. Every once in a while, they will have a sale where they will feature extra attachments or some kind of shipping discount or something of that nature.
It’s been a solid and amazing machine. I would recommend anyone that is serious about Hobby.

Good info,I have the 4200xl excavator,,,I have stock flysky i6 s controller,I tried to mix the channels so the pump is not running all the time,I only can get the bucket and arm to go one direction,and bucket won't open,it will if I turn the pump on,,,I have 2020 firm ware,thanks.
Hello, is this pretty big for a 1/14?
Typically used for bigger job sites like mining, but it’s 1/14 so it goes with all the other equipment. You have to think they’re all technically different sizes as long as they’re in the correct scale. It’s an amazing excavator.
@@rccincy I have the 1/14 double e hydraulic 160. I’m looking for something bigger, heavier and stronger. Do you recommend this or the 1/12 339d cat? Thanks for responding.
@kurwinramsaran2743 after having two different machines honestly, I would go with the heaviest one possible weight is a lot to do with its digging capabilities. don’t think you’ll go wrong with that machine. I’ve never had it but it’s similar to the 4200 XL there which is a good machine. I plan on sticking 1/14 scale. One day I would love to own it one day scale machine that weighs 139 kg and can literally digging any conditions. That’s roughly 8000.
