Click on your game
Click on manage
Click on properties
(New window pops up) Click on local files
Verify integrity of game files.
If you don’t have this option, try uninstalling the game.

mine doesnt even show error. when i click connect it doesnt do anything, just reopens the photon launcher again
update : i managed to fix this, u need to copy the phasmo fix rar into the original phasmo rar and click replace the files when the window pops up.

go check your protection history in settings , maybe your windows defender removed it and quarantined the file. you should be able to recover it by clicking on it and pressing recover

in your cracked phasmophobia folder should probobly have a thing called unity crash handler or smth like that you should try opening it

RON has different game files, I'd recommend re-installing the game and turning your anti-virus off.

You're most likely missing a DLL. look in the dll list and try to find all of the dlls, if you don't have one of them, add me on discord and I will give it to you.

Actually i was not missing the dll
My cracked version works only when the steam is installed, so i downloaded the steam, and now the games run just fine.

If Game stuck at 90% loading then Do this ➤Step 1 : Open the "Phasmophobia_Data" folder and then open the "boot" file like a notepad, change the part that says "vr-enabled = 1" and put a 0, that is, "vr-enabled = 0". if your not going to play on a vrheadset that is. thx to user N1sek
➤Step 2 : Change your name %appdata%>goldberg steam saves>settings>accountname>edit and save. thx to user TioVargas
➤Step 3 : Run photon launcher as an administrator
This is what I could find. Please let me know if it works.
If nothing above worked, try re-launching steam. Do this by having steam open, go into your task manager and end the process. Then run steam again and see if Phasmophobia works.

I want to play older versions of cracked phasmo (dont really care for multiplayer) and even after I did everything you said in the video it does pop this error code 126. Is this because its an older version or did I forgot something?
Older versions have different files, but you still need the OnlineFix64.dll file. If you don’t have it, re-extract the game or add me on discord and I can give you the file

check if its in the zip, if its not download it again and if it is drag only onlinefix64.dll to the folder u are using

It is not because of steam, you’re probably missing the OnlineFix64.dll in your folder.
