Sweet Adjeley. Chef Ronnie here. Say listen, Adjeley. Helpful hint when using celery for any application- remove the stings that run the length of each celery stalk. You can take a paring knife start at on end use knif yo grab hold of several strings at a time and just pull yhe strings down and off each stalk. Of appearance of celery is important take your time doing this. But, I. THE case of your celery power for example you can just use your paring knife to scrape these strings off each stalk. You can just let them dry on the counter in a thin layer on cooking sheets (be sure to move veggies around every few hrs so air drys them evenly), or in an oven on warm with door cracked... just Google methods & you should find several with times & everything.

Thanks for sharing this recipe with us but is it not much healthier to cook with the fresh vegetables with the juice in them than the drain/dry it up. I prefer your other method where you blend and freeze for the cooking. 😂😂😂❤❤❤❤❤❤. My humble opinion dear.

People only have so much freezer room, & water is wasted space & a vehicle of bacteria when you think about it, so by dehydrating foods you preserve them, making them shelf stable, for many, many yrs to come without vitamin/nutrient loss!
