They go inside the folding mech to tighten it up if you have any wobble in it.. if you fold the stock and look at the back you will see the 2 slots for them

Just messing around wit mines, finally got a platform that I can use it wit, done went a short as one can [should] reasonably go with DI/Buffer systems [8.5" .300 w/ 3.5" buffer tube].. Went ahead and got myself a Mat-9, to also jump into the AR9 world as well. Just found out the sizes 1.1mm-1.4mm is NOT their length, as I had thought, but their thickness, which makes WAY more sense!! Lol! Keep it building my friends. #2anys. #2a. CNY, we still millin', drillin', fillin', and buildin'!! 💯 5:20
I’ve been trying to decide between this or the JMac Industries triangle folder with the check riser. Thanks for the great review. Have you seen or used any JMac stocks?

What I like, because of the ATF limbo, you can quickly detach it with out a wrench
Might be shims to take any play out brace when either deployed or folded. Nobody likes gear rattle when being stealhy.
