I always add in that selling point whenever I recommend your videos or website to people. No fuss, nothing complicated, nothing too fancy, no hard-to-find ingredients, and still always delicious. I’ve yet to try one recipe from you that wasn’t delicious. Your ranch chicken flautas are the reason my son (autistic with sensory issues with food) doesn’t balk at the idea of green onions anymore. 6 oz box Stove Top Savory Herbs Stuffing mix 4 tbsp melted butter 2 zucchinis, diced 10 oz can cream of mushroom soup 1 yellow onion, diced 4 cups shredded rotisserie chicken 1/2 cup sour cream 1 cup shredded cheese, divided 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper Preheat oven to 350℉. To a large bowl, add the stuffing and 4 tbsp of melted butter and stir well to coat the stuffing. Remove 1/2 cup of the stuffing and set aside. This will be the topping for the end. To the bowl with the majority of the stuffing, add in the cream or soup, zucchini, onion, chicken, sour cream, half of the cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir well to incorporate the ingredients. Spray a 9×13 baking dish with non-stick spray. Spread the casserole evenly in the baking dish and top with the cheese and reserved stuffing. Bake for 40-45 minutes. Enjoy!
If you like green sauce, try replacing the taco seasoning and rotel with a can of green enchilada sauce! I also often sub in hominy instead of corn in Mexican flavored dishes. 😋
