INGREDIENTS:
1.5 lbs chicken gizzards
1.2 lbs chicken liver
3 tbsp oyster
1 tbsp cornstarch
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp vinegar
1 cup water (Add more if you want more sauce)
3 medium bell peppers
3/4 tsp sugar
Salt and pepper to taste

I just ate beef liver with onions, white rice, beans... tbc I did not prepare it myself but thankfully it came appearing and tasting fresh and well seasoned. It was delicious! Tender, flavorful, not gamey etc. As a still menses woman that is over it at age 49 I recently discovered what should've been obvious to me all along...eat that organ meat during menses if you are struggling with having energy. Packed full of iron, vitamin b's etc. Look I'm sorry not sorry ya'll for any unintended visuals...some poor woman needs to see this. Once I'm energized again I will try this delicious looking recipe. Also these organ meats are AFFORDABLE all you gotta know is how to prepare them properly...like any other meat.

I always love chicken gizzard, heart and liver. Sometimes I love to fry them and eat them. I cook it down too and then fry it with with onion, garlic, escallion, sweet peppers etc on the side, yams, bananas and dumplings. A delicious and inexpensive meal.

Love baking put it in two wire baskets put my chicken liver onions and garlic grill it on the grill lots of hot sauce teriyaki soy sauce added to it too with some fish sauce mix it all together pour it in add a little ginger to it a little lime juice at the end and it's time to eat over yellow Indian rice with some flat bread I usually make a curry beef liver gizzard mullet gizzards or pork gizzards or chicken gizzards and a lot of liver pig pork chicken or deer liver a kidneys all the organs make a good curry out of it lots of hot peppers and lots of hot sauce and lots of eggplant but those ideas Spanish onion white onion purple Onion green scallions shallots and a good jalapeno pepper all the way up to a banana pepper all the way up to a bell pepper if you want a little ghost pepper be the last one you have you
