I have to hand it to Brian and Cole, you two run a pretty darn efficient operation and take very good care of your cattle.
I got a calf named for me!!!! Woooo hoooo! I am honored. Thank you!
Clave-a-polloza 23 continues!
Ellie following the gator through the gate with the same reaction. A quick left and a little sliding, that’s some good stuff!! 🤣🤣🍺🥃
Ellie earns her keep. From one Dog Lover to ... Another. My service Dog is named Chief
You named the "boy" calf "Pete". . . . a few years ago, friends of ours had twins. One was named "Pete" and the other one was named, "Re-pete". Dick and Marge were so happy. 😊
Hello gentlemen, I’m so happy when I can see you two out and about. God has you doing a great job of taking care of his creatures. I’m blessed to be able to watch you.
I see Cole and his wife at Walmart every now and again. It's odd to see Cole in person lol
Been watching for five or six years. I am 76 and Brian you have the best caving operation out their. Haven't seen anyone do it better. You and Cole should be proud of the job you do. It's not easy to do it right.. It's a lot of work
Good Morning Sonne farms!
I didn't realize how much work goes into raising cattle. Thank yall for including us. Love the channel. Ellie is so cute. Stay safe
Thanks for Feeding America. God Bless you guys. Thank You LORD 👍🙏
I love watching babies being born.🥰
I think it's a cute idea to name the babies after your subcribers. Y'all work so hard in every kind of weather, and I can only admire such a work ethic. Thank y'all so much.
Y’all do an amazing job! My favorite part was the cow that came up to the camera and you could hear it’s breathing!
Stay warm and safe please🙏🏻❣️🙏🏻
Good luck with calving during the storm. I do feel for you guys. I do miss calving and all its “fun” it is more stress than you can believe. I think I will have a couple of drinks to salute both of you. “Salute” 😅
So nice to see so many healthy calves! Love your channel,Brian and Cole!
You are going to be a great daddy someday Cole the way you take care of them littles ones just like your dad !!!!
Hi! If I was your neighbor I'd be right in the thick of calving, branding, harvesting, feeding, you name it. I'm too old to start a new career now but if I could it would be in ranching. We love you guys and all that you do. Here's hoping you'll name a heifer after me. Thanks for the great videos. Maybe we could meet the Mrs. Sonne's one of these days. Candy
Our 7 year old son, Bryce, loves your channel! We are hog farmers and he is starting his beef cow herd. He has five heifers. Good luck with the storm. Its nothing but mud here in Indiana.
I love watching these calves being born. You guys do such a great job caring for your herd. Thanks for letting us be a part of it.
Wow! A calf named after me! Cool. I’m amazed at all the work that you do everyday. I had no idea. All I can say is Thank you for your hard work.
I Dairy farmed my whole life you guys do a great job plus your relationship is awesome!
What’s the story on the lonely Farmall? Sometime it’d be cool if you did a building tour, esp of the old barn on the south farm.
Thanks for another great video.
It was interesting and enjoyable.
Super jobs with all the new calves. Your cows and calves look good and healthy.
My compliments to you both on the wonderful care you give your herd. I am really proud of both of you.
You both are great with them and caring about the shelter they have and everything that goes with that.
I understand why people want one of your bulls or cows because they know the care you give them.
Cole you are really good with the calves with dad helping keep mom away from you so everyone is safe. Outstanding teamwork!!!!!!!!
Take care in the snowstorm.
Thanks for everything Sonne’s.
The Iowa Farm Boy.
So cold. Glad y’all go the extra mile to tend to the cows. Great vlog.
Every calving season amazes me. All the uncertainity, the conditions you're subjected to, and time taken to ensure your herd, both current and future. Sonne, definition of high level stewardship.
Love ya work Col, and the attention you give your cattle… Can I ask you to name a calf “Frayed” boy or girl doesn’t matter. It is our nickname . Watch your videos, keep up your great work… Faye & Ray (Frayed) from Australia 🇦🇺
We absolutely love watching your videos. We used to raise black angus cattle and we love to watch this time of year with the calves being born. We really miss it but you bring us a lot of enjoyment through your videos.
God bless y’all and keep those great videos coming!!!
You guys do absolutely a wonderful job handling "mama bears" during lactation. You don't threaten them, just get in there and take good care of their calves-Thank you for sharing and have a great day!!!!
Thanks for showing more calf deliveries - just good timing I guess that they calve when Coles got the camera.
Thanks for all you guys do. I appreciate the cold, hard work so much.....I believe I'll have steak and eggs for breakfast.
Love claving time - prayers for healthy babies
Way to go Cole and Brian awesome video Rosa
Mother Nature is a b- word … you guys are doing a fantastic job of keeping your cattle as comfortable as humanly possible, god bless you and your families for the dedication to feeding world!

The calves are so beautiful! Looks like you guys are going to be running for awhile! Praying for all healthy calves! Don’t know how far your videos are backdated but I hope this storm has passed by now. Stay warm!❤
You guys are a force to be reckoned with. I love that yall show true aspects of farming and ranching together. Like me being a retired combat soldier not everybody can do it and not everybody can do what you guys do. I will leave it to the professionals to feed the world. I tip my hat and salute you guys.
Great video of an awesome farm. God Bless.
Received my Optimizer scour gel yesterday. 2nd year using it now. Thanks. Stay warm. Stay safe.
PA! 😂😂 I bet you don’t stop watching those live cameras now.
Watching you bang the buckets together reminded of childhood, my aunt called their milk cows for feeding from back pastures with a hand held cow bell. Couple rings and a whistle and the whole herd would come trotting
Really like your channel, Cole you are very fortunate to have the father you have and him as well. I grew up in Alberta Canada with what I feel was one of the best Angus breeders ever Cecil Armitstead, if you google him you will see that you probably have some of his offspring. When I was a kid ( I’m now 58 ) we had a map of the world on the wall and my grandma had pins wherever his cows had gone. When he retired he sold his herd to a man down south can’t remember but apparently it was really hot and those poor cows suffered until the got acclimatize. Anyway when I watch I think of him and working cattle with him, the best years of my life he was an incredible man and Brian you and him would have gotten along great !
Wow, a bunch of new cow babies. Praying for you guys during this snowmageddon headed your way. Stay safe and God bless!
Look at those cute little baby cheeseburgers!!!! Happy calving stay safe in the storm
Favorite time of year on the farm. Thanks for the video.
I am purchasing my second Steer in April. I work in Cardiology and one of the Doctors lives on a farm and raises Angus steers. It gives me a whole new appreciation of the process. Stay warm guys. Kelle from Louisville Kentucky
Hi Brian and Cole.
That's great 6 calves in 1 day. Good for you, and it's nice seeing how gentle you are with them.
Ed from Chicago 🙂
Love watching you guys work so go together a family that Loves each other. God Bless to all. BE SAFE
My father had a small dairy herd. He let the cows keep their calves until age 3 months. He would also be milking the cows after the first two days colostrum. The cows and calves were NOT ready to be apart at 3 months! They would be put in separate yards, but could still hear each other. They would be mooing as loudly as possible. EVERYBODY in the area could hear them!! A mile and a half away, they could still be heard! And they kept it up all day, all night, for 3 days and nights! By then they would have laryngitis. After their throats healed, they were generally resigned, but not always. One cow in Particular, called her calf to her, and resumed nursing on the sly. Dad didn't catch her at it until the following year's calf failed to thrive. The cow had this year's calf on one side, and her full grown last year's steer kneeling on her other side, sucking away vigorously!! Dad sold that big veal asap!! After which the current calf throve, and dad was getting double the milk from the cow. She went from being only a fair milk cow to champion producer, and that made the difference for dad to break even that year.
Awesome video guys 👍love those claves 😅Aloha from Hawaii 🤙🏽😎🌴
Y'all make that look way easier then it really is. Awesome facility.
Hi Cole and Dad Brian thank you for sharing everything. I enjoy watching you both and all you share.Your videos bring joy to my heart and life .God bless you and your family’s each and every day.Keep warm.
I live in England is snowed infrequently but it’s only here I see snow on cows - more to you and STAY SAFE
Y’all are having some nice calves. And y’all really take care of your cattle. Good to see
I am imagining a bull calf named “Lil Doggy”. Lots of innuendo with that one. 😂
I love watching your videos, especially during “caving” time!! I pray all goes well, with 100% success for every birth! I do hope to see one of those beauties named Diane!! 😂 PS: I also enjoy/have enjoyed Brian’s songs of the day - gives away my age.
Love watching your videos. Not calving yet in Manitoba. Still to cold. Keep the snow down there please. Had enough last year. Enjoying a relaxing winter this year. If you have a bull calf that always faces North you can call him “ Manitoba “ 😊
Always love seeing the messages on the whiteboard during calving season. Watch out for that last party Cole!! Could be a painful experience in the end for you… 😂. Keep up the great work guys!! Always entertaining!!
Brian, Here's my suggestion for a bull calf "Denney." Here's why...Our last name is Denney, I have one son who has had a precious daughter and it's unsure if they will have a second little one. If he doesn't have a boy, our last name ends with him. Also, my uncle's sons had all daughters and they're not having any more children. It would be nice to see the Denney name continue for at least one more generation. Thanks. - Kent
Brian and Cole, you guys do a hell of a job with your cattle.
Great work guys! My dad has been bit with the cattle bug. We were hog farmers growing up. Dad recently got 5 pregnant cows and is starting a small herd. He is 82. Two calves so far. Keeps him young.
You guys going to have another tractor give away, saw the old farmall out by the hooking up pusher blade??😂 Lots of work taking care of the ladies but truly rewarding I can tell. Thanks Men!
Beautiful animals with some snow on their backs, beautiful year round and those fine calves. Busy rewarding day. Outstanding video work. All adds up to another first class video.
Yall are doing a Great Job!
Just what I was waiting for. Thanks. That was a double feature. One natural and one by forcing it out. This is how farming cows really works.
Brian, got the song for the day.... Volbeat - Sad man’s tounge. It might give you some positive energy. Best wishes from Sweden. 🇸🇪
You guys do a great job.
Good stuff guys! Thanks for sharing!
Good luck and stay safe during these storms!! Thank you for sharing your family with ours!!
Awesome Video and Much Love as Always 🌞 Farms!!!
We started farming small when I was young, all our moms and heifers caves had names , quite often after friends and family or the farmers wives who we bought from. I love that you are naming yours this year.
Snow-covered cattle are warm, healthy and happy cattle.
Great job guys!
Thank you very much You make the best videos i just have to watch everyone I've seen everyone since the beginning
Lovely to see new life on a farm! I miss my days on a friends farm.
Wow that storm I would think is welcomed for spring planting hopefully this year you guys do not have drought issues like last year
Like the new gloves, Cole 🧤
You guys always do such a great job watching over your cattle. ! Great job on the video editing, I feel like I’m watching a really great short movie 😊
You are very good Herdman

Cole you and Dad are an awesome team! I love seeing the babies! Try and stay warm and safe!! 💕💙🐄
I really appreciate your videos & possibly you know my brother Phil from Ghent NY with his Angus operation. Glad to see you backed that pay-loader in before the storm👍
You two together run a great team on the farm . Good luck with the snow
New here.. glad to see you all treat them good.. I know people raise these animals for food and stuff.. I get that and honestly I go into watching these different channels knowing that, I’m just very happy when you all do it with love… so thank you.. you have a new subscriber now ❤❤❤ trust me I’m not one of them freaking out expletive who like to harass farmers n stuff, I was just saying I’m very happy to see animals and all treated right until it’s there time to be taken.. thank you for sharing
I love the hidden stuff on the eraser board! It always makes me laugh.
Something I don’t understand. You work when it is -20 below to make sure the babies can stay warm, bust your knuckles on machines, slip and slide in a cow decorated slime trailer, every day so that I can sit down and enjoy a prime angus steak. Thank God you have 231 thousand followers. Proud to be one! And then there is the podiatrist who sits in a warm chair with a set of dags trimming toe nails with 1.7 million followers. What is wrong with this nation. We need to appreciate Brian and Cole for what they-do for this country, and then share via video the long days and the hard work they do. Just want you to know I appreciate you guys. Thank God for the farmers and ranchers in our country. God bless you!
